Mobile Toilet Flush Tank Installation

Admin September 27, 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet flush tank can refer to the installation steps of a water-flush direct-discharge mobile toilet, as detailed below:

Site Selection and Site Assessment in the Early Stage

  • Ground Conditions: The installation ground must be solid and level. Priority should be given to cement floors, asphalt surfaces, or well-compacted stable soil grounds. Avoid installation on soft, waterlogged muddy grounds or slopes, as this may cause the toilet body to tilt or even sink, affecting usage and waste removal.
  • Drainage and Ventilation: Although it is a 'sewage-storage' type, natural ventilation should be considered to facilitate the dissipation of odors. The installation location should be relatively open to facilitate the approach and operation of waste removal vehicles later.
  • Balancing Convenience and Privacy: The toilet should be placed in an area easily accessible to pedestrian traffic but should avoid being overly conspicuous to avoid affecting the overall environment. The privacy and psychological well-being of users should also be taken into account.

Foundation Preparation and Fixation

  • Hard Ground: On hard surfaces like cement, ensure the ground is level. Use specialized anti-slip mats or rubber pads as a base, and then securely connect the toilet body to the ground with wind-resistant fixtures (such as straps or ground stakes) to prevent displacement or tipping in windy weather.
  • Soft Ground: On soft surfaces like soil, first lay a layer of gravel for hardening, or use prefabricated cement slabs or steel plates as a foundation platform, and then fix the toilet body to ensure stability without wobbling.

Main Body Placement and Leveling

Use a crane or forklift to place the mobile toilet body steadily on the prepared foundation. This process must be carried out by professionals to ensure safety. After placement, use a level to adjust the body's levelness, as the levelness of the body directly affects the flow direction of the flushing system, the comfort of toilet use, and whether waste can smoothly flow into the sewage storage tank.

System Connection and Inspection

  • Water Supply System Connection: Connect to the on-site water supply network or an independent water tank through an external water pipe. Use qualified fittings at the connection points to ensure a watertight seal. After installation, open the valve to check if the water pressure is stable and whether the flusher (foot-operated or sensor-operated) is working properly. Focus on checking for any water leaks.
  • Sewage Storage Tank Confirmation: Before installation, confirm that the sewage storage tank is correctly installed at the bottom of the body and that the drainage valve is closed to avoid waste leakage during installation.
