Mobile Toilet Floor Panels
Common choices for mobile toilet floor panels include non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber floors, full-polished glazed ceramic tiles, artificial quartz stone, 6061 aluminum alloy, epoxy self-leveling floor paint, and microcrystalline stone materials, among others.

Non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber floors: These panels offer excellent non-slip performance, effectively preventing slips and falls by the elderly and children when using mobile toilets, ensuring safety. They also possess acid and alkali corrosion resistance, making them less likely to be damaged even with frequent cleaning using detergents, thereby reducing maintenance costs and replacement frequency.
Full-polished glazed ceramic tiles: With a Mohs hardness of 6-7, these tiles have high wear resistance and can withstand frequent foot traffic. They are strong and less prone to breakage. Additionally, they can resist common acid and alkali corrosion, making cleaning easy. Stains can be removed effortlessly with regular cleaning tools and detergents, maintaining good hygiene.
Artificial quartz stone: With a hardness of up to 7 and a compressive strength of no less than 150MPa, it has high strength and hardness, capable of withstanding significant pressure and impact. It has good resistance to stains and chemicals, making it less susceptible to contamination and corrosion. Its seamless splicing feature makes it advantageous in mobile toilet applications, avoiding the problem of dirt accumulation in seams, ensuring overall aesthetics and ease of cleaning.
6061 aluminum alloy: With a tensile strength of ≥200MPa, it has good corrosion and oxidation resistance, remaining stable in humid and chemically active environments. It is lightweight and easy to install, suitable for use in decorative strips on mobile toilet floors, serving both decorative and weight-reducing purposes.
Epoxy self-leveling floor paint: With a compressive strength of ≥7MPa and excellent wear resistance, it can withstand foot traffic and equipment placement. It has good chemical corrosion resistance, forming a seamless, flat, and aesthetically pleasing floor coating that prevents floor leakage and corrosion, maintaining dryness and hygiene inside mobile toilets.
Microcrystalline stone material: With a Mohs hardness of 5-6, high compressive strength, and strong chemical stability, it can effectively resist chemicals and friction in toilets, maintaining the aesthetics and durability of the floor. Its smooth surface makes it easy to clean and maintain a good appearance over the long term.
