Floor Materials for Mobile Toilets
Common floor materials for mobile toilets include non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber floors, non-slip tiles, non-slip floor tiles or waterproof resin materials, ceramic materials, artificial quartz stone, aluminum alloy materials, epoxy self-leveling floor paint, and microcrystalline stone materials, among others.

Non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber floors: These materials have excellent non-slip properties, effectively preventing the elderly and children from slipping when using mobile toilets. At the same time, they are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, making them suitable for use in environments like toilets where they may come into contact with various chemicals.
Non-slip tiles: Some internal floors of mobile toilets use non-slip tiles. The surfaces of these tiles are specially treated to increase friction and enhance non-slip effects, ensuring the safety of users.
Non-slip floor tiles or waterproof resin materials: These materials also focus on non-slip properties, ensuring that users do not slip due to wet floors when entering or exiting the toilet. Moreover, they are easy to clean, helping to maintain a hygienic toilet environment.
Ceramic materials: For example, fully glazed ceramic floor tiles have a Mohs hardness of 6-7, offering high wear resistance and strength. They can also resist common acid and alkali corrosion and are easy to clean, making them a high-quality choice for mobile toilet floors.
Artificial quartz stone: With a hardness of up to 7 and a compressive strength of no less than 150MPa, it has good resistance to stains and chemicals. This material is not only sturdy and durable but also keeps the toilet floor clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Aluminum alloy materials: For instance, 6061 aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, is lightweight, and easy to install. Although it is more commonly used in parts like floor trim, it also enhances the overall performance of mobile toilet floors to a certain extent.
Epoxy self-leveling floor paint: With a compressive strength of ≥7MPa, excellent wear resistance, and good chemical corrosion resistance, it forms a seamless, flat, and aesthetically pleasing floor coating. It effectively prevents floor leakage and corrosion, providing a clean and tidy usage environment for mobile toilets.
Microcrystalline stone materials: With a Mohs hardness of 5-6, high compressive strength, and strong chemical stability, they can effectively resist chemicals and friction in the toilet, maintaining the beauty and durability of the floor and serving as another ideal choice for mobile toilet floors.
