Mobile Toilet Floor Materials
Common materials for mobile toilet floors include non-slip patterned aluminum plates, rubber flooring, steel plates, vitrified tiles, flamed tiles, marble, and pebbles, among others. Each material has its own characteristics in terms of slip resistance, corrosion resistance, aesthetics, and ease of cleaning.

Non-slip patterned aluminum plates and rubber flooring are two widely used materials in mobile toilets. Non-slip patterned aluminum plates are treated with surface embossing to create a concave-convex texture, which enhances friction to prevent slipping and possesses the corrosion resistance of aluminum, making them suitable for high-humidity environments or scenarios where chemical cleaners are frequently used. Rubber flooring, made from natural or synthetic rubber, achieves slip resistance by adding anti-slip particles or designing concave-convex patterns. Additionally, rubber materials are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and oil stains, and their elastic properties can cushion foot pressure, enhancing user comfort.
Steel plate non-slip floors are formed by laying steel plates flat and then increasing surface roughness through embossing or sandblasting to create a slip-resistant effect. Steel plates are strong and wear-resistant, suitable for public areas with high foot traffic. However, regular inspection of the wear on the non-slip surface is necessary to prevent a decline in slip resistance due to long-term use.
Vitrified tiles, made from high-density ceramics, have a smooth surface and extremely low water absorption. They can be easily cleaned by simply wiping away stains, making them suitable for scenarios with high hygiene requirements. Their elegant appearance can also enhance the overall quality of mobile toilets. However, it is important to choose products with a high slip resistance coefficient or enhance safety through slope design during installation.
Flamed tiles are created by high-temperature firing, which forms tiny concave-convex structures on the stone surface, providing significant slip resistance. Stone materials are wear-resistant and have a long lifespan, making them suitable for outdoor mobile toilets or those exposed to natural environments for extended periods. Their natural textures can also add a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings.
Marble non-slip floors achieve slip resistance by creating non-slip grooves or using acid etching techniques to increase surface roughness, preserving the luxurious feel of marble while enhancing slip resistance. However, regular maintenance of the non-slip grooves is necessary to prevent the accumulation of dirt, which can affect performance. Additionally, marble is sensitive to acidic cleaners, so neutral cleaning products should be used.
Pebble floors are formed by arranging irregular stones to create a natural non-slip surface. They provide a comfortable foot feel and excellent drainage performance, suitable for scenarios with heavy rainfall or those requiring a natural style. However, the spacing between stones should not be too large to prevent high heels or thin-heeled items from getting stuck. Regular cleaning of debris in the gaps is also necessary to maintain slip resistance.
