Mobile Toilet Floor Iron Plate

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilet floor iron plates mainly come in two types: non-slip iron plates and non-slip aluminum plates, both of which have non-slip and durable characteristics.

Non-slip Iron Plates

Some outdoor mobile public toilet floors are made of non-slip iron plates, which are specifically designed for damp or rainy environments. These plates undergo special treatment, enabling their friction coefficient to reach above 0.6. The friction coefficient is an important indicator for measuring the frictional force on an object's surface; the higher the coefficient, the greater the resistance an object experiences when sliding on the surface, making it less likely to slip. On rainy days, floors tend to be slippery, and ordinary floors can easily cause people to slip and get injured. However, non-slip iron plates, with their high friction coefficient, can maintain stability even in such conditions, significantly reducing the risk of slipping when using mobile toilets and ensuring the safety of users.

Non-slip Aluminum Plates

Another design involves using 15mm bamboo plywood for the floor of mobile toilet restrooms, with an additional layer of 15mm non-slip aluminum plates on top. Bamboo plywood has a certain degree of strength and toughness, providing basic support for the entire floor structure. Non-slip aluminum plates further enhance the floor's non-slip performance and offer other advantages. On one hand, they are highly durable, capable of withstanding frequent foot traffic without easily suffering damage or deformation, ensuring the long-term effectiveness of the mobile toilet floor. On the other hand, this design prevents significant vibrations when people walk, improving the user experience. Compared to non-slip iron plates, non-slip aluminum plates may have better corrosion resistance, enabling them to better withstand the erosion of rainwater and stains in harsh outdoor environments and extending their service life.

Whether it's non-slip iron plates or non-slip aluminum plates, their application in mobile toilet floors fully considers the non-slip and durability requirements in actual usage scenarios, providing a safe and comfortable environment for people.
