Mobile Toilet Fixed Toilet Installation
Admin September 26, 2026
The installation of a fixed toilet in a mobile toilet should be completed in three steps: basic installation, drainage connection, and final fixation, with attention paid to ground leveling and sewage outlet adjustment.

I. Basic Installation Steps
- Anti-slip treatment: Embed silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners of the toilet base to ensure a flat contact surface with the ground and enhance stability.
- Toilet body fixation: Align the buckle positions of the upper and lower toilet bodies and press vertically downward until the buckles are fully locked, completing the initial structural fixation.
II. Drainage System Connection
- Flange installation: Place the toilet flange above the sewage pipe opening, adjust the center of the flange to align with the center of the sewage pipe, and slowly place the toilet upright to avoid flange misalignment that could lead to seal failure.
- Water circuit connection:
- Install a triangular valve and connect the water inlet hose to the toilet water inlet, ensuring the threads are tightened without looseness.
- Install a showerhead tee. After placing the showerhead sealing ring onto the interface, tighten it to prevent leakage caused by water pressure impact.
III. Final Fixation and Sealing
- Water test: Turn on the water source for a flush test and observe whether there is leakage at the toilet base, flange connection, and water inlet hose. If leakage is found, the interfaces need to be retightened or the seals replaced.
- Sealant application: After confirming no leakage, evenly apply waterproof glass glue in the gap between the toilet base and the ground to form a continuous sealing layer and prevent odor escape.
Precautions
- Ground levelness: Before installation, check whether the ground is level. A tilt of more than 5° may cause the toilet to be unstable. Leveling or raising the ground may be required.
- Sewage outlet adjustment: If the position of the sewage pipe does not match that of the toilet, a toilet offset can be used, but the offset distance should be controlled within 15 centimeters; otherwise, the risk of pipe blockage may increase.
- Model compatibility: The buckle structures and flange sizes of mobile toilets from different brands may vary. Before installation, carefully read the instruction manual to avoid damage to components caused by forced assembly.
The above steps are general installation methods. Specific operations should be adjusted according to the product instruction manual. It is recommended that professional personnel perform the operations to ensure safety.
