Mobile Toilet Finished Product Shipping Requirements
The shipping requirements for mobile toilet finished products cover aspects such as pre-shipment inspection and preparation, loading and securing, precautions during transportation, and special requirements for container-type finished toilets.

Pre-shipment Inspection and Preparation
Before shipping, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mobile toilet to ensure that all components are intact, including the toilet structure, internal facilities, and connection points. Simultaneously, clean the interior of the toilet, remove debris and residues, and maintain cleanliness. Select an appropriate transportation vehicle, such as a truck or trailer, based on the toilet's size and weight, ensuring the vehicle is in good condition and equipped with necessary securing devices. Plan the transportation route in advance, considering road conditions, traffic conditions, and weather factors to choose a smooth and safe path. If necessary, obtain transportation permits or notify relevant parties, strictly adhering to local regulations.
Loading and Securing
When loading the mobile toilet, use professional equipment such as cranes or forklifts, operated by trained personnel to ensure smooth lifting and placement. Position the toilet at the center of the transportation vehicle to balance weight distribution and prevent tilting. Secure the toilet to the vehicle using sturdy straps, chains, or brackets, reinforcing from multiple angles to prevent sliding or tipping. Add cushioning materials, such as rubber pads, at the contact points between the toilet and the vehicle to reduce friction and vibration. After loading, double-check all securing points to confirm they are firmly in place.
Precautions During Transportation
During transportation, the driver should maintain smooth driving, avoiding rapid acceleration, sudden braking, or high-speed driving to minimize vibration and impact. Stop regularly to inspect and ensure the toilet remains securely fastened without any signs of displacement or loosening. In adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow, or strong winds, take additional protective measures, such as covering with waterproof tarps or adjusting speed. Simultaneously, monitor road conditions and avoid construction zones or uneven road sections to ensure safe passage.
Special Shipping Requirements for Container-type Finished Toilets
Container-type finished toilets are integrated, enclosed structures. Before shipping, ensure the overall waterproof rating of the container body is ≥IP65, with the floor having ≥3 layers of waterproof coating and passing a 48-hour water closure test without leakage. The integrated sewage storage tank/septic tank should have a leakage rate of ≤0.1% over 24 hours, with the container body undergoing double-layer anti-corrosion treatment inside and out, with an anti-corrosion layer lifespan of ≥10 years. Before shipping, complete a full-process environmental performance test to ensure product stability and compliance with standards.
