Mobile Toilet Finished Product Delivery Process

Admin October 11, 2026

The delivery process of finished mobile toilets mainly includes five stages: pre-transportation preparation, professional transportation process, on-site installation preparation, transfer, hoisting, and placement on site, and equipment commissioning and acceptance.

Pre-transportation preparation is crucial. Conduct on-site surveys of the installation site, measure data such as the width of entrances and exits, turning radii, and ground flatness, and confirm the distribution of underground pipelines to avoid damaging existing facilities during construction. At the same time, handle relevant passage permit documents, plan transportation routes according to traffic management regulations, and consider factors such as bridge height limits and road load-bearing restrictions. Before leaving the factory, mobile toilets need to undergo quality inspections, including structural integrity tests, waterproof performance tests, and internal equipment commissioning. During transportation, use professional fixing devices to reinforce multiple points at the bottom of the toilets. Large mobile toilets are transported in a modular design and disassembled for transportation.

In terms of the professional transportation process, select vehicles according to the specifications of the mobile toilets. Use flatbed trucks for single units and low-bed semi-trailers for combined units. When loading, use cranes or forklifts for stable hoisting, pad with cushioning materials, and reinforce the fixing points with nylon straps. Maintain a constant speed during transportation, avoid sudden braking and sharp turns, and slow down on uneven road sections. For long-distance transportation, take rain and dust protection measures. Pay attention to ventilation in summer and anti-freezing in winter. The transportation team should be equipped with professional tools and spare parts.

During on-site installation preparation, first carry out foundation treatment. Decide whether to pour a concrete foundation according to the soil bearing capacity. In areas with soft geology, lay a gravel bed and compact it. Conduct a pre-survey of the placement site before arrival, choose a flat and hard ground, check for surrounding underground pipelines and drainage ditches, and reserve space for sewage extraction operations. Clean up debris inside the toilets and fix the door and window locks before transportation.

In the transfer, hoisting, and placement on site stage, use forklifts and cranes for auxiliary operations. Hang the hoisting ropes on the dedicated hoisting points at the bottom and prohibit binding the walls. The transportation vehicles should drive at a low and stable speed, fix the equipment to prevent displacement due to bumps, and take rain protection measures for long-distance transportation. After the equipment arrives at the site, lower it slowly, use a level to calibrate the flatness, and install anti-slip pads at the four corners. Connect water-equipped toilets to the water supply pipes and sewage pipes and check the tightness of the connections; non-water-equipped toilets can be directly placed and fixed.

During equipment commissioning and acceptance, first check the water and electricity systems. Open the water supply valves to test the tightness of the pipes, test the working status of the flushing devices, and connect the power to check the operation of the electrical equipment. Focus on testing the tightness of the septic tanks or biological treatment devices, simulate actual usage scenarios to test various indicators, and record the actual water consumption per flush for water-saving mobile toilets. After completing the tests, conduct a comprehensive inspection and put the toilets into use after spraying disinfectants.
