Mobile Toilet Feces Packaging

Admin September 22, 2026

Mobile toilet feces packaging mainly adopts a dry-packing design, which uses biodegradable packaging bags to collect feces and employs mechanical devices or microcomputer sensing systems to complete sealing, traction, and feces storage, all without the need for water flushing.

1. Core Principles and Operational Procedures
The core principle of dry-packing mobile toilets is to use specially made, fully biodegradable film packaging bags to collect feces. After a user finishes using the toilet, the built-in mechanical device or microcomputer sensing system automatically activates, tightly sealing the packaging bag that has collected the feces and sending it via a traction device into a dedicated feces storage bin below. Simultaneously, the film on the surface of the toilet seat or squat pan automatically updates, and the sealing mechanism immediately works to lock odors inside the feces storage bin, preventing leakage. The entire process does not require water flushing, relying solely on mechanical actions and material properties to achieve cleanliness and sealing.

2. Main Structural Components
The main structural components of this type of toilet include:

  • Biodegradable Packaging Bags: Made from biodegradable materials to ensure no environmental pollution after use, meeting environmental protection requirements.
  • Mechanical Core: As the core component, it is responsible for sealing, traction, and updating of the packaging bags, ensuring automated and reliable operation.
  • Seat Ring and Outer Shell: Provide a comfortable toilet environment for users while protecting the internal mechanical structure from external influences.
  • Feces Storage Bin: Located at the bottom of the toilet, it is used to collect sealed packaging bags, with a capacity designed to meet the needs of dozens of uses.

3. Feces Storage and Cleaning Mechanism
The plastic bags inside the feces storage bin have a limited capacity, typically able to accommodate dozens of uses. When the feces level approaches its limit, the system alerts staff via indicator lights or sounds for replacement. During replacement, staff simply remove the full feces storage box and replace it with a new empty one, making the operation simple and quick. The replaced feces storage boxes are transported collectively by professional cleaning vehicles and ultimately sent to environmental protection treatment facilities for harmless disposal, ensuring full environmental control throughout the process.

4. Environmental Advantages and Application Scenarios
Dry-packing mobile toilets do not require water resources, making them suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary event venues such as outdoor music festivals and construction sites. Their biodegradable packaging bags and enclosed design effectively reduce odor diffusion and environmental pollution, aligning with modern environmental protection concepts. Additionally, their modular structure facilitates easy transportation and installation, enabling quick responses to the needs of different scenarios.
