Mobile Toilet Fecal Tank

Admin September 23, 2026

The mobile toilet fecal tank is a key component in mobile toilets for storing fecal wastewater. It features no need for external facilities, convenience, and quickness, making it suitable for various locations.

Material and Structural Characteristics

Mobile toilet fecal tanks come in a variety of materials, commonly including stainless steel, plastic, color-coated steel, steel structure, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and aluminum-plastic panels. Different materials vary in durability, corrosion resistance, and cost. For example, fecal tanks made of color-coated steel typically have anti-slip aluminum plates and exhaust fan sockets inside, with a reserved discharge outlet at the rear for easy cleaning; fecal tanks made of full 304 stainless steel have stronger corrosion resistance and are paired with packaged squat toilets, allowing use in environments without water or electricity, with regular cleaning required. Plastic fecal tanks are lightweight and low-cost but relatively less durable; fiberglass-reinforced plastic fecal tanks combine lightweight and high-strength characteristics, suitable for scenarios requiring both weight and strength considerations.

Functional and Design Advantages

The core of fecal tank design lies in independence and convenience. Since mobile toilets do not require external sewer pipes or power supplies, fecal tanks need to have enclosed storage functions to prevent odor leakage and wastewater overflow. Some high-end models are also equipped with exhaust fan sockets to reduce internal odors through ventilation systems; the use of anti-slip aluminum plates enhances safety, preventing falls due to slippery floors. Additionally, the discharge outlet of fecal tanks is usually located at the rear or bottom, facilitating connection to sewage suction trucks or direct dumping, reducing cleaning difficulty.

Brand and Specification Selection

Mainstream brands of mobile toilet fecal tanks on the market include Jinhong Pipeline, Jiasheng, Huajie Lvyuan, etc. These brands have their own advantages in material craftsmanship, sealing performance, and after-sales service. Fecal tanks come in various height specifications, commonly 2.3m, 2.5m, 2.7m, 2.8m, 2.9m, etc. Selection should be based on the overall size of the mobile toilet and the usage scenario. For example, lower-height fecal tanks are suitable for temporary event venues with limited space, while higher-specification ones are more suitable for long-term fixed public toilets.

Application Scenarios and Maintenance

Mobile toilet fecal tanks are widely used in scenarios such as construction sites, outdoor music festivals, tourist attractions, and disaster relief areas, with their core value being rapid deployment and flexible mobility. In terms of maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the sealing of the fecal tank to prevent leakage; cleaning should be done using professional sewage suction equipment or manual dumping, followed by disinfection to prevent bacterial growth. For waterless fecal tanks, it is also necessary to regularly replace packaging bags or add degradants to ensure hygiene during use.
