Mobile Toilet Fecal Box Outlet

Admin October 16, 2026

The design of the fecal box outlet in mobile toilets varies significantly depending on the discharge technology and facilities used, with common types including direct discharge into municipal sewage networks, vacuum collection systems, vehicle-mounted or integrated treatment equipment, eco-friendly collection bags, lift pump systems, and intelligent sensing discharge systems.

Some mobile toilets are directly connected to municipal sewage networks through排污管道 (sewage discharge pipes) with diameters ranging from 100 to 150 millimeters, discharging feces into the public sewer system. This design is suitable for areas with access to municipal sewage, where the pipe diameter must meet discharge flow requirements and be equipped with odor and clog prevention devices to ensure stable system operation.

Mobile toilets using vacuum collection systems suck feces into collection tanks through narrow pipes with diameters of 50 to 80 millimeters. This system utilizes negative pressure for rapid suction, with smaller pipe diameters reducing space occupation. However, the collection tanks require regular cleaning to prevent capacity overruns. Vacuum technology is commonly found in high-speed rail and aircraft settings with high hygiene standards.

Mobile toilets equipped with vehicle-mounted or integrated treatment equipment typically transport feces through dedicated pipes to storage tanks or treatment units. This design is often seen in temporary events or areas without municipal sewage networks, where pipes must be corrosion-resistant to withstand chemical environments during treatment and be equipped with safety valves to prevent backflow.

Mobile toilets using eco-friendly collection bags do not require traditional outlets, with feces discharged directly into biodegradable bags. This design is suitable for extreme environments without water or power supply, where the bags must meet biodegradation standards to reduce environmental pollution but require regular replacement to prevent overflow.

Some mobile toilets use lift pump systems to elevate feces to sewage collection tanks. This system utilizes pump pressure to overcome gravity, suitable for discharge needs in underground or low-lying areas, with pumps requiring clog prevention features to handle high-viscosity feces.

Intelligent sensing discharge systems automatically detect fecal volume through sensors, triggering discharge mechanisms to transfer feces to designated treatment facilities. Such systems are commonly found in high-end mobile toilets, requiring integrated electronic control modules for precise discharge and regular sensor maintenance to prevent misjudgments.
