Mobile Toilet Extraction
Admin September 20, 2026
Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public, while mobile commodes are portable toilet appliances, both having different characteristics and application scenarios.

Mobile Toilets
- Definition and Composition: Mobile toilets refer to facilities that can be moved as a whole and are set up at locations with fixed or temporary needs. They consist of fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices.
- Classification Methods: They are classified by structural form into single-structure and composite-structure mobile toilets; by mobility into hoisting and handling types, and powered and towed mobile toilets; and by sewage treatment methods into water-flushing and waterless-flushing suction types, circulating water-flushing types, and dry-packing mobile toilets.
- Origin and Function: They originated from the temporary and phased needs for toilets in specific situations. Due to the shortage and improper layout of urban public toilets, the government sets them up in areas where it is difficult to build fixed public toilets to make up for the deficiencies in the number and layout of public toilets.
- Main Characteristics: They can be conveniently transported to any location where they are needed and can be used repeatedly. They have the advantages of mobility, combinability, and ease of transportation.
Mobile Commodes
- Definition and Target Users: A mobile commode is a portable toilet appliance, mainly suitable for groups such as the elderly with mobility issues, pregnant women, and the disabled, helping them solve toilet difficulties in environments like bedrooms.
- Difference from Mobile Toilets: Mobile toilets are larger in scale, have more complete functions, and are面向 (this Chinese character should be '面向' meaning 'oriented to') the public, being set up in various public places; mobile commodes are smaller in scale, focusing more on portability and privacy, mainly meeting the toilet needs of specific groups in specific spaces.
