Mobile Toilet Exposed Pipe Installation
The advantage of installing exposed pipes in mobile toilets is that it allows for the timely detection of water pipe quality issues and facilitates easy maintenance and replacement. The maintenance process is simple and does not require large-scale modifications. However, attention should be paid to waterproofing, heat protection, and spacing during installation.

Waterproofing: Waterproofing is a crucial step when installing exposed pipes in mobile toilets. Since the pipes are exposed, in the event of a leak, without proper waterproofing measures, water can easily seep into every corner of the toilet, causing significant damage to its structure and usability. Especially around floor drains, where water flow is concentrated, fast and voluminous, if the waterproofing is not done properly, water will seep down through the gaps around the floor drain, not only corroding the exposed pipes but also potentially causing water accumulation and mold growth on the toilet floor. Therefore, during the installation of exposed pipes, comprehensive and meticulous waterproofing must be carried out on the mobile toilet to ensure the water tightness of key areas such as floor drains, thereby protecting the pipes from water damage and extending their service life.
Heat Protection: Exposed pipes are at risk of bursting when exposed to heat sources. This is because the pipes are directly exposed to the air, and when the surrounding environmental temperature is too high or heat sources such as open flames are nearby, the material of the pipes may expand, deform, or even burst due to uneven heating. To prevent this from happening, heat-resistant materials should be used to wrap the exposed pipes. Heat-resistant materials can effectively isolate heat sources and reduce heat transfer to the pipes, ensuring that the pipes are not damaged by heat during normal use and improving their safety and stability.
Spacing: The spacing of exposed pipes is also an important factor affecting their usability. If the spacing between exposed pipes is too close, water flow within the pipes will be obstructed, leading to issues such as poor water flow. This will not only affect the normal use of the mobile toilet but may also increase the pressure inside the pipes, raising the risk of pipe rupture. Generally, the spacing between exposed pipes should be kept at more than 1.5 meters to ensure sufficient space for water flow, reduce water flow resistance, and enhance the user experience.
