Mobile Toilet Equipment Installation Guide
Admin October 19, 2026
The installation guide for mobile toilet equipment varies depending on the type of equipment. Here are the detailed installation steps for two common scenarios:

I. Installation of General-Purpose Mobile Toilets
- Prepare Tools and Materials: After receiving the equipment, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2mm drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Install Inner Corner Structures: Install the inner corner components sequentially at the predetermined positions, ensuring alignment of the interfaces for structural stability. The inner corners are key components supporting the overall frame, so installation accuracy is crucial.
- Assemble Panel Bodies: Insert the panels into the slots and align them, paying special attention to whether the upper and lower panels are fully fitted. After alignment, use a 4.2mm drill bit to drill holes at the joints in preparation for subsequent fixation.
- Secure Rivets: Insert rivets into the drilled holes and secure them with a rivet gun. Ensure that the rivets are fully embedded to prevent loosening and enhance the overall structural stability.
II. Installation of Mobile Toilets (Including Elderly Toilet Seats)
- Check Component Integrity: Before installation, verify the component list, including toilet flanges, angle valves, water inlet hoses, sprinklers, and sealing gaskets, to ensure nothing is missing or damaged.
- Install Toilet Flange: Align the center of the flange with the center of the drainpipe and gently position the toilet correctly to prevent the flange from shifting and causing leaks. The flange is a core component connecting the toilet to the drainpipe, so sealing is essential.
- Connect Water Inlet System: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way joint between the water inlet and the sprinkler, ensuring the interface directions are correct. Tighten the water inlet hose of the toilet and check that the sealing gaskets at both ends of the assembled sprinkler are tightened to prevent leakage.
- Secure Sprinkler Bracket: Insert the sprinkler bracket into the top position of the three-way joint and adjust the angle to a comfortable usage position. The bracket must be stable to prevent the sprinkler from shaking during use.
- Test Water and Secure: After installation, conduct a water test to check for leaks at the interfaces and whether the sprinkler water flow is normal. Once confirmed to be problem-free, apply adhesive at the contact point between the bottom of the toilet and the floor to enhance stability.
Special Case Handling: If the toilet needs to be relocated, install a relocator before laying floor tiles and ensure the drainage slope meets the standard (usually 2%-3%) to prevent poor drainage.
