Mobile Toilet Equipment Installation
Admin October 07, 2026
The installation of mobile toilet equipment varies depending on the type, with common installation steps for ordinary mobile toilets and mobile toilets as follows:

Ordinary Mobile Toilet Installation
- Tool Preparation: After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. These tools are essential for the subsequent installation process. The electric drill is used for drilling holes, the drill bit must match the installation requirements, and the rivet gun is used to secure components.
- Corner Installation: The first step is to install the corners sequentially. Corners are an important part of the mobile toilet's frame structure. Proper installation of corners ensures the stability and firmness of the entire toilet. During installation, ensure that the corners are accurately positioned and tightly connected.
- Panel Assembly: The second step is to insert the panels into the slots and align them for assembly. Panels are a crucial part of the mobile toilet's main body. When assembling, carefully align the slots to ensure that the connections between the panels are flat and tight, avoiding gaps or misalignments.
- Drilling and Fixing: Use the prepared drill bit to drill holes in the assembled panels, then insert rivets and secure them firmly with a rivet gun. The positions and number of holes to be drilled should be determined according to the design requirements to ensure that the rivets can effectively secure the panels and make the entire mobile toilet structure stable.

- Flange Installation: When installing the toilet flange, align the center of the flange with the center of the drainpipe and then place the toilet upright. The flange is a key component connecting the toilet to the sewer pipe. Proper installation ensures smooth drainage of the toilet and prevents issues such as leaks.
- Angle Valve and Water Inlet Connection: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way fitting for the water inlet and the spray head, then screw on the toilet's water inlet hose. The angle valve controls the water flow, and the three-way fitting distributes the water flow to ensure that water can be supplied normally to the toilet and the spray head.
- Spray Head Assembly and Connection: When assembling the toilet spray head, tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends and then connect it to the other end of the three-way fitting. The sealing rubber rings ensure the tightness of the connection and prevent leaks.
- Bracket Installation and Water Testing: Forcefully clamp the spray head bracket onto the top of the three-way fitting and then conduct a water test. After confirming that there are no issues, apply sealant. The water test checks for any leaks during the entire installation process, and the sealant further enhances the tightness and stability of the connections.
