Mobile Toilet for Emergency
There are multiple options for mobile toilets in emergency scenarios, which can be adapted according to different needs.

Vehicle-mounted Emergency Urine Bags: These are suitable for emergency scenarios such as highway traffic jams and offer significant advantages. The bag opening features a curved design, making it suitable for both men and women. When opened, it has a large diameter for easy use. It is filled with absorbent sand and has a large capacity, effectively absorbing urine. At the same time, it has good sealing properties and will not leak even when pulled hard, avoiding the embarrassment and hygiene issues of urine overflow. These urine bags are compact in size, easy to carry and store, and can be placed in the vehicle at any time for emergency use.
Disaster Relief Emergency Mobile Toilets: These play an important role in emergency disaster relief scenarios. Their main structure is made of Q235B hot-rolled steel frame, with a main beam wall thickness of ≥2.75mm and a column wall thickness of ≥2.5mm. The entire structure undergoes hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring structural robustness and durability. The enclosure material is 50 - 100mm thick color-steel sandwich panels with A-grade fireproof rock wool/glass wool core material, providing good fire resistance. In terms of waterproofing and anti-seepage, the box body has a waterproof rating of IP65, the sewage tank has a 24-hour leakage rate of ≤0.1%, the ground has more than 3 layers of waterproof coating, and the closed-water test for 48 hours shows no leakage. The pipeline interfaces are leak-proof and sealed, effectively preventing sewage leakage. In terms of load-bearing capacity, the ground bearing capacity is ≥2.0kN/㎡, and the roof live load is ≥0.5kN/㎡, allowing multiple people to use it simultaneously. In terms of performance, it can withstand winds of 8 - 10 levels and earthquakes of 6 - 8 levels. The 2-story stacked version is bolted and rigidly connected, equipped with dedicated stairs and guardrails to ensure safety during use. The service life of the regular version is 10 - 15 years, and with proper maintenance, it can reach 20 years. It can be repeatedly disassembled/relocated and used more than 8 times. Its environmental performance complies with the GB/T 42568 - 2023 and HJ 2029 - 2013 standards, and the odor, sewage discharge, and fecal harmless treatment must all meet national environmental limits. It is divided into basic engineering, mid-range general-purpose, and high-end customized versions according to function and price, adapting to different scenario needs.
Waterless Flush-free Toilets: These completely break free from the constraints of water supply networks and are suitable for various emergency scenarios where conventional public toilets cannot be installed. They are equipped with composite microbial flora inside, which can operate stably even at 40°C low temperatures, achieving biological degradation of excrement without the need for water flushing. This not only saves water resources but also reduces sewage discharge, offering high environmental protection and practicality.
