Easy Construction Method for Mobile Toilet

The following is an easy construction method for a mobile toilet:

1. Material Preparation and Basic Modification
   Take a household water storage tank and use an angle grinder to split it longitudinally in the middle, creating two half-tank structures. Choose one of the half-tanks as the main body of the toilet, ensuring the cut is smooth for subsequent operations.

2. Building a Mobile Base
   Take a piece of wood of appropriate size and fix universal wheels at each of the four corners to ensure the base is stable and can move freely. Place the processed half-tank on the wooden board and use self-tapping screws to fix wooden strips along the upper edge of the tank, forming an elevated structure to enhance comfort.

3. Wall and Roof Construction
   Insert plastic soft panels between the wooden strips as walls, ensuring tight connections between the panels and the strips. Invert the other half of the water storage tank on top of the wooden strips as a roof, creating an enclosed space. Seal the connection between the roof and the walls with waterproof glue to prevent rainwater leakage.

4. Door and Drainage System Installation
   Use an angle grinder to cut an entrance on the side of the water storage tank and attach sponge strips on both sides of the door frame to enhance sealing. • Handwashing Basin Water Inlet Pipe: Extend a water pipe horizontally from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the entrance, with one end connected to an external joint and the other end to a hose. Drill a hole in the door to install a faucet, ensuring convenient water access for the handwashing basin.

6. Detail Optimization and Beautification
   Paint the surface of the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance the overall aesthetics. Check the sealing of all connections to ensure there are no water leakage risks. After the mobile toilet is constructed, place it on a flat surface to test its stability and functionality.
