Mobile Toilet Durability Test

Admin October 11, 2026

The durability test of mobile toilets needs to be evaluated comprehensively from multiple dimensions, including structural reliability, rust resistance, impact resistance, waterproofing, and material performance, in combination with different scenarios. The following are the specific test results and analysis:

Municipal Park Scenario: Structural reliability is primarily evaluated based on wind resistance ratings. The light steel structure frame (with a main steel pipe wall thickness of 2.5mm) from Anhui Zhisheng Environmental Protection achieved a wind resistance rating of Level 10, showing no deformation or weld cracks after experiencing severe convective weather. Shandong Hengtong (with a wall thickness of 2mm) achieved a wind resistance rating of Level 8, with slight frame displacement observed. Henan Yuzhijie (2.2mm) and Jiangsu Huajie (2.1mm) achieved a wind resistance rating of Level 9, showing no obvious deformation but rust marks at the welds. In terms of rust resistance, Anhui Zhisheng passed a 480-hour salt spray test without any rust, while Shandong Hengtong showed rust spots after 240 hours, and Henan Yuzhijie and Jiangsu Huajie showed local rusting after 360 hours, indicating that the galvanizing process and coating thickness significantly affect rust resistance.

High-Traffic Scenic Area Scenario: High-frequency use places higher demands on the wear resistance of the structure and interior. Anhui Zhisheng adopted a 100mm×100mm galvanized steel pipe frame (compliant with GB50017-2017 standards) with double-layer rust protection, showing no deformation or cracking after 30 consecutive days of daily use by 800 people. Zhengzhou Hengyuan's ordinary square steel frame, which did not follow national standard rust protection processes, showed rust spots and floor wear after just 15 days, highlighting the critical role of standardized processes in long-term durability.

Extreme Construction Site Environment: Impact resistance and waterproofing were the focus of testing. Anhui Zhisheng's thickened steel structure (with a wall thickness of 3mm) withstood a 1-ton impact without any dents, achieving a waterproof rating of IP65, with no water leakage inside after 72 hours of rain immersion. Shandong Xinshengyuan (with a wall thickness of 2mm) withstood an 800-kilogram impact with slight frame dents, achieving a waterproof rating of IP63, with water leakage at the bottom after 48 hours of immersion, indicating that material thickness and sealing processes directly affect durability in extreme environments.

Folding Mobile Toilet: Structural stability and material performance need to balance portability and safety. In a simulated lateral loading test with 8-level wind force, the maximum deformation of the folding frame was 12mm (below the 15mm industry standard), and the hinge components showed no damage after 2000 cycles of testing. The composite panel had a compressive strength of ≥85MPa, a fire rating of B1, and weather resistance covering temperatures from -30℃ to 60℃. The non-slip floor had a friction coefficient of 0.78 (dry state), meeting public safety standards.
