Methods for Mobile Toilet Doors
Common methods for mobile toilet doors include hidden-track sliding doors, DIY bathroom sliding doors, minimalist glass sliding doors, etc. At the same time, some unrecommended methods should be avoided.

I. Recommended Methods
- Hidden-Track Sliding Doors: First, weld a false beam using hot-dip galvanized square tubes. This step is the basic structure for building the door frame. Hot-dip galvanized square tubes have good strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability of the door frame. Then, use a level to find the vertical and the height of the false beam. This operation is crucial. Ensure that the height of the false beam is 2 - 3 centimeters lower than the future ceiling. This way, after the door is installed, a reasonable spatial relationship can be formed between the door and the ceiling, which will not affect the normal sliding of the door and can ensure the overall aesthetic appeal.
- DIY Bathroom Sliding Doors: These can be made using sun panels and aluminum alloy edge strips. Sun panels have advantages such as good light transmittance, light weight, and strong impact resistance, making them suitable for bathrooms where there is a certain demand for lighting and safety needs to be ensured. Aluminum alloy edge strips serve to fix and decorate. They can firmly hold the sun panels together while enhancing the overall appearance of the door.
- Minimalist Glass Sliding Doors: These adopt a hidden overhead-track sliding door design. The advantage of this design is that it does not take up space when opened, which is very practical for mobile toilets with limited space. Moreover, glass sliding doors are easy to clean and maintain. They can be kept clean and tidy simply by wiping them with a damp cloth. At the same time, the transparency of the glass can make the bathroom look more spacious and bright.
II. Unrecommended Methods The bathroom environment is humid and often has water, so these factors should be fully considered when choosing a door. Folding doors are not recommended because they do not open smoothly and are prone to jamming during use. Moreover, they can easily pinch fingers, posing a safety hazard. Single-panel sliding doors are not sealed, which will cause odors from the bathroom to escape, affecting the surrounding environment, and they cannot be locked, failing to ensure the privacy of users. Double-panel sliding doors also have no sealing effect, and moisture and odors will spread throughout the space. The door frames of double-wrapped metal doors are prone to mold and dampness inside, and bacteria can easily breed in humid environments. Fully enclosed wooden doors are not durable and are prone to rotting and insect infestation in humid environments, affecting their service life.
