Mobile Toilet Door Lock Repair
The following methods can be referred to for the repair of mobile toilet door locks:

If the door lock does not pop out or cannot be locked, and the door frame has a rivet structure, you can first use a drill to drill out the rivets and remove the magnet for testing. If the magnet's suction force is found to be insufficient, it indicates that this is the cause of the door lock's malfunction, and a new magnet needs to be replaced at this time.
Before repairing, you need to prepare necessary tools such as a cross-head screwdriver, a new lock body, and a lock cylinder. First, use the cross-head screwdriver to remove the inner扣板 (inner plate). Then, loosen the fixing bolt in the middle of the lock body and remove the connecting rod and the outer handle. After removing these parts, remove the inner扣板 (inner plate) and lock cylinder on the door side, and carefully observe the internal situation of the door lock. If the built-in spring is found to be broken, due to the special specifications and models of the spring, self-repair is difficult and may affect the normal use and safety of the door lock, so it is recommended to purchase a lockset identical to the original one for overall replacement.
If you need to replace the lock cylinder, first measure the width of the lock cylinder with a tape measure and purchase a high-quality lock cylinder according to the measurement results. During installation, use a cross-head screwdriver to install the new lock cylinder in the appropriate position, and continuously adjust while tightening the screws to ensure that the lock cylinder is in the correct position. After fixing the lock cylinder and bolt in the middle of the lock body, observe whether the direction of the lock tongue is correct at the same time, because an incorrect lock tongue direction will prevent the door lock from being locked or unlocked normally.
Fixing the扣板 (plate) is also an important step. After fixing the plate, use a screwdriver to firmly fix the bolt to ensure that the plate does not loosen. If there are no screws in some places, you need to remove the panel and return the lock cylinder and lock tongue to their original positions, so that the door lock can be opened normally. During the repair process, pay attention to the operating force to avoid damaging other parts of the door lock or the toilet door body. If you are not familiar with the repair operation or the door lock problem is complex, it is recommended to seek the help of professional repair personnel.
