Mobile Toilet Dimensions

Admin September 28, 2026

The dimensions of mobile toilets vary depending on the type, with common types and their dimension ranges as follows:

Single-compartment mobile restrooms are the most widely used type, and their dimensions are designed to balance space utilization and user comfort. The standard dimension range is a length of 1.2-1.5 meters, a width of 1.0-1.2 meters, and a height of 2.2-2.5 meters, suitable for construction sites, small events, and other scenarios. Among mainstream products on the market, the regular single-compartment model typically has dimensions of 110 centimeters in length, 110 centimeters in width, and 230 centimeters in height, meeting the basic needs of a single user; the mini model is further compressed to 100 centimeters in length, 100 centimeters in width, and 220 centimeters in height, suitable for temporary locations with extremely limited space.

Double-compartment mobile restrooms enhance usage efficiency through a combined design. The dimension range is a length of 2.4-3.0 meters, a width of 1.2-1.5 meters, and a height of 2.2-2.5 meters, commonly found in large events, tourist attractions, and other crowded scenarios. A typical product has dimensions of 180 centimeters in length, 110 centimeters in width, and 230 centimeters in height, achieving independent use of two toilet compartments through optimized internal layout while keeping the external footprint manageable.

Multi-functional mobile restrooms are designed for high-end needs. The dimension range expands to a length of 3.0-4.5 meters, a width of 2.0-2.5 meters, and a height of 2.5-3.0 meters, suitable for long-term fixed-use locations. These products usually integrate additional functions such as sinks and makeup mirrors, and some models are equipped with independent ventilation systems, requiring increased space to ensure equipment installation and user comfort.

Barrier-free mobile restrooms are a specially designed type. The standard dimensions are a length of 180 centimeters, a width of 150 centimeters, and a height of 240 centimeters, with the core feature being reserved space for wheelchair rotation. The internal layout adopts a threshold-free design, with a door width usually not less than 90 centimeters to ensure free access for wheelchairs, commonly found in public service areas such as large parks and scenic spot entrances.

In addition, prefabricated mobile restrooms adopt a modular design. The typical dimensions are 2.5 meters by 6.5 meters, which can be divided into three independent toilet compartments. These products are rapidly deployed through factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, suitable for scenarios with high timeliness requirements such as post-disaster reconstruction and temporary exhibitions.
