Mobile Toilet Delivery Standard
The mobile toilet delivery standard covers six core aspects: product qualification, installation and maintenance, safety configuration, functional verification, status recording, and risk management and control. Details are as follows:

1. Product Qualification and Environmental Requirements
The lessor must provide the product's factory certification and hygiene inspection report to ensure that the mobile toilet complies with municipal environmental standards. The use of 'three-no products' (products without production licenses, quality certifications, or safety marks) is prohibited. Material selection must comply with environmental regulations, such as using recyclable or biodegradable materials to avoid secondary pollution to the environment.
2. Installation and Maintenance Services
Free installation and debugging services must be provided during the rental period to ensure that the equipment is placed stably and functions properly. Daily cleaning must be carried out once every 24 hours, and the frequency must be increased to once every 12 hours or less during peak periods (such as holidays and large-scale events). The fault response time must be ≤ 2 hours, and maintenance personnel must carry spare parts to quickly resolve issues and avoid affecting usage.
3. Safety Facility Configuration
Basic safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and anti-slip mats must be provided. Anti-settlement treatment must be carried out in load-bearing areas (such as beneath the septic tank and water tank) to prevent equipment tilting due to uneven ground by reinforcing the foundation or installing support structures. Electrical wiring must comply with safety regulations to avoid exposure or aging, and lifting operations must be carried out by professionals who sign safety responsibility agreements.
4. Functional Integrity Verification
Before delivery, acceptance must be completed according to six types of actions: 'entry, use, cleaning, replenishment, maintenance, and relocation.' Key nodes such as the water supply and drainage system (no leakage, smooth drainage), ventilation system (air exchange rate ≥ 8 times/hour), lighting system (illuminance ≥ 150 lux), and door locks must be inspected. Functional stability must be tested by simulating actual usage scenarios.
5. Original Status Recording
The equipment number, size, door and window status, sanitary ware model, floor material, and accompanying items (such as toilet paper and disinfectant) must be recorded room by room. Evidence must be retained through photographs, water/electricity meter readings, floor plans, etc. All materials must be associated using the same number for easy subsequent maintenance or dispute tracing.
6. Risk Boundary Management and Control
It is prohibited to cover up essential problems such as poor ventilation or drainage blockages by spraying perfume or surface cleaning. The root causes of odors or functional abnormalities must be addressed. High-risk operations such as electrical maintenance and lifting must be carried out by certified personnel, and the lessor must provide proof of the operator's qualifications and sign a safety agreement.
