Mobile Toilet Delivery Scenarios

Admin October 10, 2026

The delivery scenarios for mobile toilets mainly include the following types:

The first delivery scenario involves using ordinary transport vehicles for loading. At the delivery site, mobile toilets are loaded onto two 6-meter-long vehicles. To ensure safety during transportation, protective strips are attached to the vehicles. These strips serve as buffers and protectors, preventing damage to the mobile toilets from bumps or collisions during transit. Additionally, a series of comprehensive protective measures are taken inside the mobile toilets, such as securing internal facilities to prevent displacement or damage during transportation, ensuring normal use upon arrival at the destination.

The second delivery scenario employs large cranes and semi-trailers for transportation. Specifically, a 25-ton crane is used to lift and place the mobile toilets onto a 175 semi-trailer. The 175 semi-trailer has a large load-bearing capacity and stability, making it suitable for long-distance transportation of relatively large and heavy items like mobile toilets. This transportation method is typically used for longer distances or when high transportation efficiency is required, ensuring the safety and stability of mobile toilets during transit.

The third delivery scenario involves lifting and delivering fully prefabricated mobile toilets. These mobile toilets are fully prefabricated in the factory with complete internal facilities, eliminating the need for on-site civil construction. During delivery, lifting equipment is used to directly lift and load the entire mobile toilet onto a transport vehicle. This method offers several advantages. On one hand, it significantly shortens on-site construction time and improves project efficiency. On the other hand, since prefabrication occurs in the factory, quality control is better ensured, and all performance indicators of the mobile toilets meet requirements. Moreover, fully prefabricated mobile toilets are more convenient to transport, reducing the workload and difficulty of on-site assembly.
