Mobile Toilet Decorative Materials
Mobile toilet decorative materials mainly include exterior walls, interior walls, floors, interior ceilings, doors and windows, and other auxiliary materials, as detailed below:

For exterior wall decorative materials, 2.2-thick metal carved panels are a common choice. They have stable colors and can be cleaned by flushing with water to remove dust. They are resistant to fading, peeling, ultraviolet radiation, and erosion from moisture, acids, and alkalis. They are not prone to aging or damage and offer strong sound insulation, thermal insulation, and fire resistance, with a fire rating of up to B1. Additionally, exterior wall insulation and decorative integrated panels and brick-patterned decorative materials for exterior wall integrated panels for export trade can also be used for exterior wall decoration to meet different style and functional requirements.
For interior wall decorative materials, 3.0MM-thick high-end UV decorative panels are the mainstream choice. They also have a fire rating of up to B1, are resistant to dirt and easy to clean, and have excellent corrosion resistance, greatly facilitating the cleaning work of janitorial staff.
For floor materials, 1.2MM-thick anti-slip patterned aluminum panels are commonly used for both indoor and outdoor floors. Marble tiles can also be selected, and a 15MM-thick moisture-proof template is laid at the bottom to ensure the floor's anti-slip and moisture-proof properties.
For interior ceiling materials, white PVC trim panels are chosen. They have high strength, smooth surfaces, are resistant to dirt and easy to clean, providing a clean and aesthetically pleasing ceiling environment inside the mobile toilet.
For door and window materials, 1.2MM-thick aluminum alloy casement windows with frosted glass ensure both lighting and privacy. The steel doors have a louver design at the bottom, which forms an air convection with the louver on the back inside the room, effectively ensuring fresh and odor-free indoor air. At the same time, 304 stainless steel hinges and locks are used to improve the durability and safety of the doors and windows.
Among other materials, 1.2MM-thick 304 stainless steel is used for external corner trimming, meeting requirements for aesthetics, ease of cleaning, corrosion resistance, and durability. For roofing materials, a base panel is used as a foundation, followed by SBS waterproofing membrane, installation of a bottom overall frame, and then a color-coated steel waterproof and thermal insulation layer, providing properties such as waterproofing, corrosion resistance, sun protection, and chemical resistance. Additionally, bamboo-wood fiber panels, integrated wall panels, and fireproof panels can also be used for mobile toilet decoration, offering more choices.
