Mobile Toilet Customization Plan
The mobile toilet customization plan needs to be comprehensively designed by combining the usage scenario, functional requirements, and cost budget. The following are the key points:

1. Material and Process Selection It is recommended to use double-layer sandwich panels for the toilet body. Fill the middle with polyurethane or rock wool, utilizing the thermal insulation of the interlayer air to delay heat transfer. The surface coating should have UV resistance to adapt to outdoor environments. For structural components, trapezoidal reinforcing ribs should be used at door hinges, top corners, and chassis connections to disperse stress and reduce the risk of weld cracking. The chassis should be made of 3mm thick checkered steel plate, with pressure relief holes reserved at the four corners to cope with ground settlement. Rust prevention should involve double-layer protection of hot-dip galvanizing + epoxy sealing paint, with additional application of aluminum-powder-containing zinc-rich paint at key welds to extend service life.
2. Sewage Disposal System Adaptation Select sewage disposal technology according to the scenario:
- Vacuum Negative Pressure System: Form a negative pressure through an air pump to suck waste into the storage tank. A single flush requires only 0.5 liters of water, with a water-saving rate exceeding 90%. It is suitable for scenarios with sufficient water sources but requiring efficient cleaning, such as scenic spots and shopping malls.
- Microbial Degradation Technology: Fill the toilet body with carriers containing specific bacteria strains. Organic matter in excrement is decomposed by biological enzymes and ultimately converted into carbon dioxide and water. No external sewage pipes are required, making it suitable for outdoor venues without water sources, such as wild construction sites and music festivals.
3. Ventilation System Optimization Adopt a design combining forced convection and natural exhaust. Install an axial fan at the top and louvered windows at the bottom to form an “inlet at the bottom, outlet at the top” airflow channel. Equip with a humidity sensor. When the internal humidity exceeds 70%RH, the fan automatically starts to avoid excessive exhaust causing the ingress of humid outdoor air. In cold regions, add insulation layers to prevent fan freezing.
4. Size and Space Planning The internal height should be ≥1.8 meters to ensure that knees do not touch the top when squatting or sitting. Adapt the size according to the usage scenario:
- Construction Sites: Select thickened steel plates or high-density polyethylene to enhance impact resistance.
- Outdoor Activities: Use lightweight materials such as aluminum alloy frames for easy transportation.
- Families or Scenic Spots: Customize small-scale designs that balance aesthetics and practicality.
5. Functional Configuration Upgrades Basic configurations include a toilet, paper holder, and handrail. Upgrade options cover flushing systems, activated carbon deodorization devices, solar ventilation fans, smart sensors (such as automatic lid opening and flushing), remote monitoring (real-time monitoring of usage status), etc. Special environments require targeted adaptations: add insulation layers in cold regions and use anti-corrosion materials or non-slip floors in humid areas.
6. Modularization and Leasing Model Structurally, use lightweight and high-strength materials such as fiberglass or galvanized steel plates for easy transportation and assembly. Provide a long-term leasing model that covers the entire process of design, production, leasing, and service, reducing customers' one-time investment costs and including regular maintenance, cleaning, and part replacement services.
