Mobile Toilet Customization Methods

Admin September 21, 2026

Customizing mobile toilets requires systematic planning from four aspects: materials, functions, layout, and installation. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Material Selection: Balancing Durability and Environmental Adaptability
The box material should be determined based on the usage scenario: galvanized steel sheets are highly rust-resistant and suitable for humid areas such as seaside or rainforest regions; aluminum alloy is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, ideal for venues requiring frequent relocation (e.g., exhibitions, construction sites). For interior panels, it is recommended to use antibacterial composite materials, which have a smooth surface that is easy to clean, reducing bacterial growth and odor retention. The roof structure should be designed as a sloped roof to prevent water accumulation and equipped with a double-layer insulation layer (e.g., polyurethane foam board + aluminum foil reflective layer) to cope with high or low temperatures.

2. Function Configuration: Meeting Diverse Needs
Basic functions should optimize water conservation and ventilation: sensor-activated flushing devices can reduce water usage by 60%, making them suitable for water-scarce areas; the ventilation system should use a combination of top exhaust fans + bottom air intakes to create air circulation and quickly remove odors. Special scenarios require additional functions: baby care rooms should be equipped with foldable changing tables and reserved storage space; accessible toilets should ensure a 1.5-meter turning radius and be equipped with handrails and non-slip flooring; for safety, an SOS call button can be installed, connected to a management terminal for real-time response.

3. Spatial Layout: Balancing Comfort and Efficiency
The recommended size for a single stall is 0.9 meters (width) × 1.2 meters (depth), which ensures sufficient space for users while improving land utilization. The layout of the handwashing area should balance cost and efficiency: a centralized handwashing station can reduce pipeline installation costs but requires multiple faucets to handle peak-time queues; if space allows, a decentralized layout can enhance the user experience. The septic tank should be located near main roads or pump truck parking spots to minimize pipeline length; nighttime reflective signs should be installed at a height of 1.2-1.5 meters to ensure visibility in low-light conditions.

4. Installation Process: Choosing an Efficient Service Model
Some manufacturers offer finished product delivery services, where mobile toilets are assembled and tested in the factory before being shipped directly to the site. Users only need to connect water and electricity, significantly shortening the construction period. If on-site assembly is required, the site's foundational conditions (e.g., ground flatness, water and electricity access points) should be confirmed in advance, and professional teams should handle the installation to avoid issues such as leaks or structural instability caused by improper installation.
