There are mainly two ways to custom-produce mobile toilets: personal handmade production and merchant custom production.

Personal Handmade Production

• Production using a water storage barrel: First, split the water storage barrel in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix them on the upper side of the barrel to increase the height. Open a door on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and embed plastic soft boards to create an elevated wall. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on the top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage barrel. Horizontally connect a water pipe at the tee of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the washbasin. Install connectors and hoses, and open a hole in the door to install the washbasin.
• Production using a water storage tank and a pallet: First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet. Place a water storage tank collected from a garbage station. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank body. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank body, and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening in the outer frame of the water storage tank to form a door. Open a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards and cut in a water pipe, sealing the gaps with glue. Cut off the excess water pipe, place the toilet in alignment with the drain hole and fix it with glue. Fix the water pipe at the wall buckles and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws under the faucet. Connect the water pipe and open a hole at the bottom as the outlet of the drain pipe. Open a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a washbasin made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install a showerhead bracket and a toilet seat ring. Install a spray-type showerhead made of a water pipe. Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank to connect wooden boards to form the door of the restroom and install a door handle.
