Mobile Toilet Construction Drawing Tutorial

Admin October 22, 2026

There is no direct tutorial for mobile toilet construction drawings at present, but you can refer to the following two construction steps for making a homemade mobile toilet:

Method 1: Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

  1. Basic Frame Construction
First, prepare a plastic pallet and fix universal wheels at its four corners to ensure mobility. Recycle a water storage tank and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top to form a tank with an open top. Place the cut water storage tank on the pallet as the main structure of the mobile toilet.
  2. Tank Assembly and Door Cutting
Stack two water storage tanks with open tops upside down and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to enhance stability. Cut a rectangular door opening with a height of 180 cm and a width of 50 cm on the side of the tank for easy access.
  3. Drainage System Installation
Drill a hole in the floor inside the tank, insert an elbow, and connect a sealed water pipe to ensure smooth drainage. Install a toilet and fix it in place. Use wall clips to secure the water pipe to prevent loosening. Install a faucet, a pipe cap, and a stainless steel sink to meet basic washing needs.
  4. Function Expansion and Improvement
Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install a showerhead and a toilet seat to enhance comfort. Fix a wooden board as a door and install a door handle to ensure privacy and safety.

Method 2: Using a Water Storage Bucket

  1. Basic Structure Preparation
Split a water storage bucket in half and fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the bucket to provide space for subsequent installations.
  2. Door Frame and Wall Construction
Cut an opening on the side of the water storage bucket and install a sponge strip to form a door frame, increasing airtightness. Embed a plastic soft board to form an elevated wall and place the upper part of the bucket as a roof to form an enclosed space.
  3. Drainage and Water Storage System Setup
Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain to ensure sewage discharge. Drill a hole on the side and connect a direct joint, then insert a plastic bucket as a water storage device to meet water needs.
  4. Function Installation and Debugging
Connect the water pipe of the bathroom heater, install a three-way joint and a showerhead to provide bathing functions. Fix the toilet and connect it to the tank, and connect the drain pipe to the sewage bucket to ensure waste disposal. Extend the water pipe to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink for easy washing.
