Mobile Toilet Confirmation Form

Admin September 24, 2026

The mobile toilet confirmation form typically includes two main sections: the items to be handed over and the handover and receipt information.

I. Items to be Handed Over

  1. Mobile Toilet Unit The specifications and parameters must be clearly stated, such as the common size of 2200*5200 (in millimeters), along with the quantity and functional status. For example, a handover form for a residential community may specify "1 mobile toilet with 4 squat toilets functioning normally." It is necessary to confirm the quantity and operational status of sanitary facilities such as squat toilets, sit toilets, and urinals, including whether the flushing systems and drainage pipes are unobstructed and free from leaks or blockages.
  2. Keys Two categories of keys need to be recorded separately:
  • Toilet Door Keys: The quantity and universality should be noted, e.g., "3 keys, all capable of opening all toilet doors normally."
  • Maintenance Keys: The purpose and quantity should be clearly stated, e.g., "2 sets of maintenance keys (4 keys per set) for equipment maintenance, capable of opening control boxes and maintenance access points." All keys should be tested on-site to ensure smooth operation without any jamming or damage.
  1. Ancillary Equipment Depending on the rental or handover scenario, the following items may be involved:
  • Cleaning Tools: Such as brooms, mops, and disinfectants, with the quantity and condition verified.
  • Consumable Supplies: Such as toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags, with the initial inventory recorded.
  • Safety Equipment: Such as fire extinguishers and emergency lights, with the expiration dates and installation locations confirmed.

II. Handover and Receipt Information

  1. Departments and Personnel The handover party (e.g., engineering department, rental service provider) and the receiving party (e.g., property management department, event organizer) must be clearly identified, with signatures from the responsible personnel of both parties. For example, in a public outdoor rental scenario in Nanjing, the service provider is required to provide a plan and quotation sheet stamped with an official seal, which should be verified and signed by the event organizer's responsible person.
  2. Date and Time The specific date and time of the handover should be recorded, e.g., "Handover completed at 14:00 on October 15, 2023," to avoid disputes arising from ambiguous timing.
  3. Site Condition Confirmation In rental scenarios, it is necessary to additionally confirm whether the placement site meets the requirements, including ground flatness, water and electricity access points, and the location of sewage pipes. For example, when renting mobile toilets for a music festival in Nanjing, the site's drainage capacity should be tested in advance to ensure that sewage can be smoothly connected to the municipal sewage network.

Notes: If rental is involved, it is necessary to additionally verify the cost breakdown (rental fees, transportation and installation fees, cleaning and maintenance fees, etc.) and confirm that the equipment type and specifications are consistent with the contract.
