Composition of Mobile Toilets

Admin September 20, 2026

Mobile toilets are mainly composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, mobile devices, and frame structures, among other parts.

The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is one of the core components of a mobile toilet. The storage tank is used to temporarily store fecal sewage for subsequent centralized treatment; while the treatment device can perform preliminary treatment on the fecal sewage, such as decomposition and purification, reducing odors and pollution, and enabling the sewage to meet certain discharge standards or facilitating subsequent treatment.

The floor slab is the ground part of the mobile toilet. It needs to have good anti-slip, waterproof, and easy-to-clean properties to ensure the safety and hygiene of users, while also facilitating daily maintenance and cleaning.

Sanitary ware, including toilets and squat pans, are key facilities for meeting people's excretion needs. Their materials and designs need to conform to ergonomics to ensure comfort and convenience of use.

The walls are the enclosing structures of the mobile toilet, not only serving to divide the space but also providing a certain degree of privacy protection. The walls of eco-friendly mobile toilets are usually composed of a frame-type structure welded from steel. The bottom is welded with channel steel or I-beams, and the columns use square steel. On this basis, wall materials such as color steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, and anti-corrosion wood are installed. These materials are lightweight, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Washing equipment, such as washbasins, allows users to clean their hands after using the toilet and maintain personal hygiene. The water tank provides water for the sanitary ware and washing equipment to ensure their normal operation.

The roof is the top structure of the mobile toilet, serving to shield against wind, rain, and sun, protecting the internal facilities from the external environment.

The mobile device enables the mobile toilet to be movable. It can be moved to different locations according to actual needs, improving its flexibility and convenience of use.
