Diagram Explanation of Mobile Toilet Components
A mobile toilet generally consists of a frame structure, wall materials, floor materials, a sewage disposal system, basic functional areas, and optional configuration areas.

Frame Structure: As the supporting main body of a mobile toilet, it is usually composed of a welded steel frame. The bottom is typically welded using channel steel or I-beams, while the columns are made of square steel. This frame structure meets the requirements for lifting, facilitating the transportation and installation of the mobile toilet. Some mobile toilets use a frame made of galvanized steel, which forms a dense zinc layer on the surface of the steel through hot-dip galvanizing, effectively enhancing corrosion resistance and extending the service life to up to 30 years.
Wall Materials: Installed on the wall foundation, common materials include color-coated steel plates, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, stainless steel, and metal carved panels. These materials are not only sturdy and durable but also customizable in color and shape, with high-end interior and exterior decoration enhancing the visual experience for users.
Floor Materials: Mainly use non-slip aluminum plates or floor tiles, both of which have good non-slip properties, effectively ensuring the safety of users inside the toilet and preventing falls due to wet floors.
Sewage Disposal System: This is the technological core of a mobile toilet, offering three options: water-flush, packing, and microbial degradation. Microbial degradation technology decomposes excreta using special bacteria, achieving waterless treatment and being suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas. The water-flush system relies on a 220V voltage-driven pump and requires a配套 (matching) septic tank or municipal sewer network. The packing system seals feces in biodegradable plastic bags, which are replaced periodically, making it simple to operate.
Basic Functional Areas: Include an excreta treatment system (such as a septic tank or microbial degradation device), ventilation ducts, and lighting modules. The excreta treatment system is selected and configured based on the type of sewage disposal system; ventilation ducts maintain air circulation inside the toilet, reducing odors; and lighting modules provide sufficient light for users.
Optional Configuration Areas: Cover thermal insulation rock wool layers, waterproof and moisture-proof coatings, wind-resistant and earthquake-resistant structures, etc. For example, some models fill rock wool in the wall sandwich layer, using its fiber interlacing structure to block heat transfer, achieving winter insulation and summer heat insulation effects, and improving the comfort of the mobile toilet.
