Mobile Toilet Cleaning Rental Contract

Admin October 01, 2026

The mobile toilet cleaning rental contract should cover key points such as the rental period, rent and deposit, rights and obligations of both parties, liability for breach of contract, and dispute resolution. Here are the details:

I. Rental Period Clearly specify the start and end dates of the rental. For example, "The rental period is X years, from [start date] to [end date]." If renewal is required after the lease expires, both parties should sign a new rental contract. For some short-term rental contracts, such as a rental period of 1 day, the rental period starts from the date of supply and ends when the goods are retrieved. If it is less than one day, it will be counted as one day; if it exceeds the rental period, it will be calculated based on the actual number of days used.

II. Rent and Deposit Party B shall pay the rent in full and on time according to the agreed payment method. For example, some contracts stipulate that the toilet rent is 450 yuan per month per unit, and the total price is calculated based on the number of units; other contracts stipulate a daily rent of X yuan, and the total rent is calculated based on the actual number of days used, with additional hoisting and transportation fees. Party B shall pay a deposit when signing the contract. Upon the expiration of the lease or the termination of the contract, Party A shall refund the remaining deposit to Party B after deducting the costs for damage to or loss of the mobile toilet caused by Party B.

III. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

  • Party A: Ensure that the provided mobile toilet meets relevant national quality standards and has legal business qualifications; be responsible for the daily maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and disinfection of the mobile toilet to ensure its normal operation and compliance with hygiene requirements; be responsible for the transportation and installation of the mobile toilet to ensure safety and stability.
  • Party B: Pay the rent and deposit in full and on time according to the agreed payment method; use the mobile toilet reasonably and not alter or damage its structure without authorization; keep the mobile toilet clean and hygienic and not discard waste randomly; supervise Party A's maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and disinfection of the mobile toilet.

IV. Liability for Breach of Contract If Party A fails to provide a mobile toilet that meets the requirements as stipulated in the contract, it shall pay a penalty and compensate Party B for the losses. If Party B fails to pay the rent or deposit as agreed, it shall pay a penalty and bear the resulting losses; if Party B alters or damages the structure of the mobile toilet without authorization, it shall pay compensation and bear the repair costs.

V. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising during the performance of this contract shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties. If negotiation fails, the case shall be filed with the people's court at Party A's location according to law.
