Mobile Toilet Cleaning and Maintenance
The cleaning and maintenance of mobile toilets should be carried out from two aspects: cleaning procedures and daily maintenance to ensure hygiene, safety, and proper functioning of the facilities.

I. Cleaning Procedures
Preparation
Before cleaning, equip yourself with tools such as buckets, rags, brushes, mops, as well as supplies like neutral detergents, disinfectants, and deodorizers. Dilute all cleaning agents according to the instructions, avoiding the use of strong acids or alkalis to prevent damage to the facility surfaces. Additionally, wear protective gear such as rubber gloves and masks to ensure the safety of the cleaning staff.Internal Cleaning
- Walls and Ceilings: Start from the top and wipe away dust from the surfaces with a damp cloth, focusing on corners and vents.
- Sinks and Mirrors: After removing water stains and dirt from the countertop, clean the faucets and drains; wipe the mirrors with glass cleaner to avoid water streaks.
- Toilet Cleaning: First, rinse the inner walls with clean water, then soak with a specialized cleaner for 5-10 minutes. Thoroughly scrub the outlet and edges, which are prone to scale buildup, with a toilet brush, and finally rinse with clean water.
- Floor Cleaning: First, sweep away larger debris, then mop with a mop soaked in cleaning agent, and finally rinse with clean water.
External Cleaning
Wipe the exterior walls of the toilet unit to remove dust and stains. For stubborn stains, use a neutral cleaner for assistance; clean the surrounding ground and check if the drainage ditch is unobstructed, clearing any blockages promptly.Disinfection
Use diluted disinfectant to wipe high-contact surfaces such as door handles, flush buttons, and sinks. The disinfectant's action time should comply with the product instructions, followed by wiping with clean water. Regularly disinfect the air, selecting safe disinfectants.Restocking Supplies
Promptly replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, check if the paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are intact, and replace damaged parts.
II. Daily Maintenance
- Exterior Cleaning: Regularly wipe the exterior with a neutral cleaner to maintain its appearance.
- Internal Cleaning and Disinfection: Clean toilets and urinals daily and disinfect them with chlorine-based disinfectants.
- Pipe System Maintenance: Check the drainage pipes weekly, removing blockages; inspect the water supply pipes, repairing leaks; drain any standing water in winter to prevent freezing.
- Ventilation System Inspection: Ensure the exhaust fan is functioning properly, regularly clean the fan blades to maintain air circulation.
- Accessory Inspection and Replacement: Check accessories such as door locks and handles monthly, replacing damaged parts promptly.
- Electrical System Maintenance: Regularly inspect wires and sockets to prevent safety hazards caused by aging.
- Structural Safety Inspection: Inspect the overall structure quarterly, repairing or reinforcing damaged parts; check the integrity of the toilet unit structure weekly and ensure smooth opening and closing of doors and windows.
- Hygiene Monitoring: Establish an inspection record sheet, adjusting the cleaning frequency according to usage, increasing cleaning times during peak periods.
- Deodorization Management: Regularly replace deodorizers, selecting safe and effective products.
The maintenance frequency should be adjusted according to usage, with more frequent maintenance required for toilets with high usage rates.
