Mobile Toilet Cleaning

Admin October 08, 2026

The cleaning of mobile toilets requires selecting appropriate methods according to cleaning needs. For daily maintenance, refer to the daily cleaning operation steps or the eight-step cleaning method, and for deep cleaning, follow the professional cleaning process.

I. Daily Cleaning Operation Steps

  1. Preparation: Gather tools such as brooms, mops, cloths, cleaning agents, disinfectants, and garbage bags.
  2. External Cleaning: Sweep the ground outside the toilet and the surrounding areas to remove debris and dust; mop the floor with a wet mop, wipe the doors, windows, walls, and other exteriors to remove stains and fingerprints.
  3. Internal Cleaning: Open the windows for ventilation; use a broom to clean up ground garbage, dilute the cleaning agent with water to wipe the toilet fixtures (including the toilet seat and inner walls) to remove dirt and bacteria; clean the inside and surrounding areas of the urinals, washbasins, faucets, mirrors, etc., and dry them without leaving water stains; wipe the walls and partitions, empty the garbage bin and replace the garbage bag.
  4. Disinfection Work: Wipe or spray disinfectant on easily accessible parts such as the toilet fixtures, washbasins, and door handles, and then wipe them clean with water after the disinfectant has taken effect.
  5. Ventilation and Inspection: After cleaning, ensure sufficient ventilation, check whether facilities such as faucets and flushing systems are operating normally, and report for repairs in a timely manner.

II. Professional Cleaning Process (Suitable for Deep Cleaning)

  1. Pre-treatment and Protection: Operators wear waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles, carry warning signs to isolate the area; check the liquid level indicator, the connection status of the sewage discharge valve, and any ground leakage.
  2. Emptying the Waste: Connect a vacuum sewage suction truck to the sewage discharge port, slowly extract the liquid and solid residues from the storage tank; inject clean water and suction again to flush the residues on the tank walls.
  3. High-pressure Washing: Use a high-pressure cleaning machine (120 - 180 bar) to spray the inner walls, toilet fixtures, floors, and dead corners of the toilet; for stubborn stains, scrub repeatedly with a long-handled brush and cleaning agent.
  4. Deep Disinfection: Spray or wipe disinfectant (chlorine-containing or hydrogen peroxide-based, with a concentration of 500 - 1000 mg/L) on all contact surfaces; keep the disinfectant in contact for 10 - 15 minutes, and then rinse with clean water; disinfect the sewage suction hoses and tools with the same intensity.
  5. Air Treatment: Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize odors and avoid masking them with fragrances.
  6. Equipment Maintenance and Waste Disposal: Check components such as the toilet seals and exhaust fans, and record any damage; leave some clean water in the storage tank and add biodegradable agents; transport the waste and wastewater to designated sewage treatment facilities for discharge.
