A semi-dry towel is used to rub and smooth the surface, and finally, a dry towel is used for polishing. The advantages include water conservation, environmental friendliness, low investment cost, lightweight equipment, suitability for on-site services, no need for special training for operators, and simple maintenance during cleaning without damaging the car paint. The disadvantage is poor cleaning effectiveness for hard-to-reach areas and heavily soiled surfaces.
  • Steam Car Washing: Water is heated into steam, which is then sprayed onto the vehicle body surface and condenses into water. The steam pressure is used to flush away dirt. It uses only 3% to 5% of the water used in traditional car washing, offers good cleaning effectiveness, consumes less water, and can solve the problem of freezing in winter.
• Equipment Types: There are portable/hand-pushed car washers, electric vehicle-mounted car washers, vertical/large mobile car washers, and fully automatic mobile car washers.
• Service Models: A water-saving and environmentally friendly solution is formed by combining high-pressure water flow flushing, sewage recycling systems, and mobile sensing devices.
