Overall Structure and Materials

The carriage of the HOWO logistics support mobile toilet vehicle adopts an overall frame structure of skeleton + polyurethane filling. This structure is sturdy and durable, providing stable support for the internal facilities. The top of the carriage is paved with anti-slip patterned aluminum plates, which not only ensure the strength of the top but also increase the anti-slip performance, facilitating staff to go to the top for equipment maintenance. The door structure is made of anodized aluminum profiles, which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also have good corrosion resistance. There are embedded parts at all openings and load-bearing parts to ensure the load-bearing safety of the carriage body. All gaps are coated with silicone, filled evenly and fully, effectively preventing water leakage and other issues.

Internal Facility Layout

The interior of the carriage is divided into male and female areas. There are 3 urinals and a total of 6 squat toilets, which are of the vacuum suction type and made of 316 stainless steel. This material is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and the vacuum suction design can quickly process excrement, keeping the toilet clean. There are 2 sit-down toilets to meet the needs of different groups of people. The partitions between the toilets are made of honeycomb aluminum, which not only ensures the privacy of the compartments but also reduces the weight of the vehicle body. Each compartment is equipped with a ventilator, an independent lighting lamp, a clothes hook, and other facilities, providing a comfortable and convenient using environment for users.

Supporting Facilities

The vehicle is equipped with 2 sets of sinks, each with 2 independent faucets. The sink area is equipped with half-length mirrors, hand sanitizers, paper towel boxes, and other auxiliary facilities, facilitating users to clean their hands. The carriage is equipped with a ladder to the top, making it convenient for staff to go to the top for equipment maintenance. The generator is a silent generator, reducing noise pollution. One 1.5P air conditioner is installed in each of the male and female areas to ensure a suitable temperature inside the carriage. An electric ventilator is installed on the top of the toilet area to expel odors in a timely manner and keep the air fresh.

Water Tanks and Control System

The vehicle is equipped with three water tanks in total, with a gray water tank of 500L, which can meet certain water needs. There is a general control cabinet inside the carriage, which is equipped with a voltmeter, an ammeter, insulation, sensors, indicator lights, sockets, and a sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5KW for easy sewage discharge, facilitating staff to monitor and operate the various functions of the vehicle. Warning lights are installed on the top and at the rear of the vehicle for warning purposes.
