Mobile Toilet Can Install Toilet Bowl

Admin September 27, 2026

A mobile toilet can have a toilet bowl installed. Here are the specific installation procedures and precautions:

Installation Procedures

  1. Install the toilet flange: Place the toilet flange in an appropriate position. Ensure that the center of the flange is precisely aligned with the center of the sewer pipe, and then place the toilet upright. This step is crucial for ensuring a tight connection between the toilet and the sewer pipe and preventing water leakage.
  2. Install the angle valve and connecting components: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way fitting for the water inlet and the sprinkler head at the same time. The angle valve controls the water flow, and the three-way fitting is used to distribute the water flow direction, providing a basis for the normal use of the toilet later.
  3. Connect the water inlet hose: Screw on the water inlet hose of the toilet to ensure a firm connection and avoid water leakage, which would affect the user experience.
  4. Assemble the toilet sprinkler head: Tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the toilet sprinkler head to ensure good sealing. After assembly, connect the sprinkler head to the other end of the three-way fitting so that the water can flow smoothly to the sprinkler head.
  5. Install the sprinkler head bracket: Forcefully clamp the sprinkler head bracket onto the top of the three-way fitting to ensure that the sprinkler head bracket is firmly installed and can support the sprinkler head.
  6. Water test and apply sealant: After completing the above installation steps, conduct a water test on the toilet to check for water leakage at each connection point. If there are no problems with the water test, apply sealant at the part where the bottom of the toilet contacts the ground to further enhance the sealing and prevent the emission of odors and sewage leakage.

Handling Special Situations

If toilet relocation is involved, a toilet offset flange can be used. The toilet offset flange can change the front-to-back or left-to-right position of the sewer outlet and is suitable for short-distance relocations within a size range of 100mm - 350mm. However, when using a toilet offset flange, try not to exceed 400mm, because an excessively long relocation distance may lead to poor drainage, increase the risk of blockage, and affect the normal use of the toilet.
