How is the Mobile Toilet Bus Charged?

Admin October 09, 2026

The fees for a mobile toilet bus typically include rental fees, transportation fees, cleaning and maintenance fees, utility fees (in some cases), and a deposit, with the total fee being the sum of these individual charges. Details are as follows:

Rental Fees: This is the core component of the mobile toilet bus charges, calculated based on the type of restroom, its configuration, and the rental duration. The daily rental fee for a standard single-unit restroom ranges from 100 to 300 yuan, suitable for general events or short-term use. For high-end smart restrooms, the daily rental fee can reach 500 to 1000 yuan, equipped with more advanced facilities such as smart toilets and automatic sensor faucets, suitable for occasions with high hygiene requirements. The longer the rental period, the lower the average daily rental fee. For example, renting for a week may result in an average daily rental fee that is 20% to 30% lower than renting for a single day.

Transportation Fees: Charged based on the transportation distance and vehicle type. For short-distance transportation (within 30 kilometers), the fee per vehicle per trip is approximately 300 to 800 yuan, suitable for events within the city or its surrounding areas. For long-distance transportation, fees are calculated based on the kilometerage, taking into account the vehicle size and transportation difficulty. For example, if the transportation distance exceeds 100 kilometers, the fee per kilometer may range from 5 to 10 yuan, with larger vehicles and higher transportation difficulty resulting in increased fees.

Cleaning and Maintenance Fees: Used for daily cleaning and equipment maintenance, divided into regular cleaning and temporary cleaning. Regular cleaning is conducted 1 to 2 times per week, with a fee of 50 to 150 yuan per time, ensuring the hygiene and user experience of the restrooms. Temporary cleaning is required for special needs, such as when the restroom usage frequency is excessively high during an event, necessitating additional cleaning, with fees calculated separately.

Utility Fees: If the mobile restroom is equipped with an independent water and electricity system, the customer is responsible for the utility fees, which are settled based on actual usage. For example, if the water consumption is high during an event or if smart devices consume a significant amount of electricity, the utility fees will increase accordingly.

Deposit: A deposit is required upon rental, with the amount determined based on the value of the restroom and the rental duration, typically ranging from 1000 to 5000 yuan. If the restroom is returned without damage, the deposit will be refunded in full.
