Mobile Toilet Bottom Structure

Admin September 24, 2026

The bottom structure of a mobile toilet mainly consists of components such as a frame, a waste storage tank, and a floor.

Frame Section: For mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia, round steel or I-beams are typically selected for welding at the bottom. This structure provides firm support, ensuring the stability of the entire mobile toilet. Square steel tubes are chosen for the upright posts, which work in conjunction with the bottom frame to further enhance the structural strength and stability. Wall materials are installed on the basis of the walls, making the overall structure of the toilet more complete and sturdy.

Waste Storage Tank Section: The waste storage tank is usually located at the bottom of the toilet and is a crucial component for collecting waste in mobile toilets. Waste storage tanks are generally made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as polyethylene. Polyethylene has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand the erosion of various chemicals, thereby extending the service life of the waste storage tank. At the same time, it effectively prevents waste leakage, avoiding pollution to the surrounding environment. The design of the waste storage tank is reasonable with an appropriate capacity, meeting the usage requirements of the mobile toilet for a certain period.

Floor Section: The wooden floor inside the toilet cubicle is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) anti-corrosion raw materials. FRP has many advantages, such as high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. The step surface is designed with an array of circular anti-slip protrusions, which increase the friction of the floor and effectively prevent users from slipping when entering or exiting the toilet, improving safety during use. A special silicone rubber waterproof sealing strip is installed at the joint between the wooden floor and the wall. This silicone rubber waterproof sealing strip has good elasticity and sealing properties, enabling it to closely fit the floor and the wall, serving functions such as anti-slip, moisture-proof, easy cleaning, and wear resistance. It can prevent moisture from penetrating below the floor, avoiding floor damage due to moisture, and is also convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance, keeping the interior of the toilet clean and hygienic.
