How to Block Mobile Toilets
The blocking of mobile toilets is mainly achieved through foam blocking technology. Its core principle is to use a foaming device to generate a dense foam layer that covers the surface of excrement, creating a physical barrier and lubrication effect, thereby blocking odors, inhibiting mosquitoes, and reducing the risk of blockage.

Foam Generation and Injection Mechanism
The equipment is internally equipped with a foaming device. By mixing a special foaming solution, a small amount of water, and air in specific proportions, a large number of fine and uniform microbubble clusters are generated in the foaming chamber. Under the action of a chemical formula, these bubbles form a stable shape. After being continuously injected into the toilet bowl, they form a flexible barrier on the surface of the excretion channel. The precise proportioning of the foaming device is crucial. If the proportion of liquid or air is out of balance, it may result in insufficient foam density or premature dissipation, affecting the blocking effect.
Dual Functions of Foam Blocking
- Physical Barrier: After the dense foam layer covers the excrement, it effectively blocks the reverse diffusion of gases in the pipeline, preventing odors from escaping into the usage space. At the same time, the microporous structure of the foam can inhibit mosquitoes from entering the toilet through the pipeline, reducing sanitation hazards.
- Lubrication Effect: The fluidity of foam is significantly better than that of solid excrement, reducing the friction between the excrement and the pipeline wall, allowing it to smoothly slide into the collection tank or septic tank under the action of gravity. Experimental data shows that foam technology can reduce flushing water consumption by about 80%. A single toilet flush only requires 0.1-0.3 liters of water, with a water-saving rate of over 90%.
Sewage Discharge and Collection System
The mixture of foam and excrement is processed in two ways:
- Direct Discharge Type: Suitable for scenarios with municipal sewage pipelines, the mixture is directly discharged into the sewer.
- Fecal Tank Collection Type: Uses a detachable collection tank (such as a pull-arm design) that is regularly transported by special vehicles. Some equipment is equipped with liquid level sensors that automatically alarm when the collection tank is nearly full to prevent overflow.
Technical Advantages and Maintenance Points
- Anti-blocking Performance: The fluidity of foam is better than that of solid substances, and newly generated foam continuously pushes old foam carrying impurities downward, achieving pipeline self-cleaning. The probability of blockage is significantly lower than that of traditional water flushing systems.
- Adaptability: The operating temperature range is from -30℃ to 60℃, suitable for water-scarce areas, outdoor temporary events, and tourist attractions.
- Maintenance Focus: It is necessary to regularly replenish the foaming solution, check the working status of the air pump, and select a special foaming solution that complies with technical specifications to avoid corroding the equipment; In low-temperature environments, anti-freezing measures need to be taken, such as installing insulation layers or using anti-freezing foaming solutions.
