Mobile Toilet Blockage
Admin September 20, 2026
If the mobile toilet is blocked, you can first try to unclog it yourself. If that doesn't work, contact a professional technician for assistance. Here are the specific methods:

Basic Unclogging Methods
- Multiple Flushes: Use the original flushing device to flush several times. If that doesn't work, pour a basin of water all at once and repeat a few times. This is suitable for minor blockages.
- Water Pressure Utilization: Find a thick plastic water pipe, connect one end to the tap water, and insert the other end into the pipe opening. Use a rag or scrap cloth to block the pipe opening, turn on the tap water, and use the water pressure to clear the blockage.
- Plunger Unclogging: Put more water in the toilet, align the plunger with the pipe opening, and press down firmly (do not pull up). If it doesn't work the first time, repeat the operation.
- Mop Unclogging: Place the mop head at the pipe opening, flood the mop with water, press the mop firmly into the pipe opening, and then quickly lift it. Repeat this a few times, and the blockage may be sucked out.
Unclogging with Tools and Materials
- Rag + Hose: Find a section of hose, connect one end to the tap water, wrap the other end with a rag, and insert it into the sewer pipe. Turn on the tap water and use the pressure to flush away the blockage. Ensure that both ends of the hose do not leak to maintain the pressure.
- Drink Bottle Unclogging: After finishing a large cola bottle, cut off the bottom part of the bottle, place it upside down in the toilet, and hold the bottom with your hand and pull it up a few times to possibly unclog the blockage.
- Toilet Unclogging Liquid: Purchase toilet unclogging liquid (which is corrosive and should be used with caution) at the supermarket. First, pour hot water into the squat toilet, then pour in an appropriate amount of the liquid according to the instructions. After half an hour, use a plunger (plumber's helper) to assist in unclogging.
Handling Different Blockage Causes
- Minor Blockage: Caused by toilet paper, sanitary napkins, towels, etc. You can directly use a pipe unclogging machine or a simple unclogging tool to unclog it.
- Hard Object Blockage: If plastic brushes, bottle caps, soap, etc., fall in, you can directly use a pipe unclogging machine or a simple unclogging tool for minor cases; for severe cases, you need to disassemble the toilet to remove the hard objects.
- Aging Blockage: After long-term use of the toilet, scale may form on the inner wall and block the air vent, causing slow drainage. Find the air vent and scrape off the scale to restore smooth drainage.
- Installation Error: If the bottom outlet is not aligned with the sewer outlet, the screw holes at the bottom of the toilet are completely sealed, or the water level in the water tank is not high enough, etc., you need to adjust the installation position or solve the installation problem.
