Mobile Toilet and Bathroom Assembly
There are various assembly methods for mobile toilets and bathrooms, including assembly using materials such as buckets, on-site assembly with real stone paint, and on-site assembly of large toilets divided into parts at the factory.

When assembling a mobile toilet and bathroom using materials like buckets, first prepare a wooden board with universal wheels installed as the base. Place the cut buckets on it and secure them to the bucket body with wooden strips. Then, cut the buckets to create entrances and exits, wrap the cut edges with wooden boards for fixation, and extend and heighten them with aluminum-plastic panels, installing a bucket lid on top. Paint the internal wooden strips with white paint, fabricate a wooden door and install it on the door frame to construct the main frame. After that, connect an elbow drain pipe at the bottom and install a floor drain. Drill holes on the side to install water pipe connectors, place a green bucket on the top bucket lid, use PVC pipes to assemble a showerhead and connect the water pipes, drill a hole in the middle of the base as the toilet drain pipe, and then install the toilet. This method has relatively low costs, and the materials are relatively easy to obtain, making it suitable for scenarios with relatively low hygiene requirements and limited budgets.
On-site assembly of mobile toilets with real stone paint mainly involves using this material for on-site wall assembly and decoration. Real stone paint has good decorative and durable properties, making the mobile toilet more aesthetically pleasing and able to resist a certain degree of external environmental erosion, thereby extending the toilet's service life. However, this method requires a certain level of construction technique and needs to be carried out by professional construction personnel.
For larger mobile toilets, such as those that are five meters wide and eight meters long, considering transportation issues, they can be divided into two parts at the factory and then assembled into a complete toilet on-site. This type of assembled toilet can also be divided into male and female toilet areas to meet the usage needs of different groups of people. When dividing at the factory, ensure that the divided parts are easy to transport and assemble on-site. During on-site assembly, ensure that the components are firmly connected and well-sealed to prevent water leakage and other issues.
A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. When designing, principles such as mobility and cost-effectiveness should be followed. The overall structure should be lightweight, and lightweight and durable materials should be used as much as possible.
