How to Install a Mobile Toilet Basin
The installation steps for a mobile toilet basin are as follows:

I. Basic Installation Process
Unpacking and Inspection
Upon receiving the product, open the package immediately and check the list of accessories to ensure that all components (such as the upper and lower buckets, silicone anti-slip pads, buckles, and drainage pipes) are complete and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement or reshipment.Installing Anti-slip Pads
For the basic model of mobile toilet basins, insert the silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners of the bottom. This step enhances the stability of the device, preventing sliding during use due to uneven ground or external forces. Ensure that the anti-slip pads fit snugly into the bottom grooves to avoid loosening.Assembling the Upper and Lower Buckets
Align the upper bucket (containing the toilet basin) with the lower bucket (containing the waste storage tank), ensuring that there are no obstructions at the interface. Then, press down on the upper bucket to allow the buckles on both sides to automatically snap into place. A clicking sound indicates that the installation is complete. Note: Before assembly, check that the buckles are flexible to avoid loose connections due to buckle failure.
II. Special Installation Requirements
- Toilet Relocation Installation
If you need to adjust the position of the toilet basin (e.g., away from the original drainage outlet), complete the relocation before laying floor tiles. The specific steps are as follows:
- Adjusting the Drainage Slope: Use a level to measure the ground slope, ensuring that the drainage direction is correct and the slope is ≥2% (i.e., a drop of 2 cm per meter) to prevent sewage backflow or retention.
- Ground Preparation: Choose the preparation method based on the relocation distance:
- Short-distance Relocation (≤50 cm): Use a dedicated relocator (made of PVC) to connect the original drainage pipe to the new location, and apply waterproof glue at the interface for sealing.
- Long-distance Relocation (>50 cm): Remove part of the ground or elevate the new location, then relay the drainage pipe, ensuring that the bending radius of the pipe is ≥5 times the pipe diameter to reduce drainage resistance.
- Tool Usage: During relocation, use specialized tools such as an angle grinder (for ground removal), a level (for measuring slope), and a hot-melt machine (for connecting PVC pipes). Non-professionals are advised to entrust the work to a construction team.
III. Post-installation Inspection
- Stability Test: Gently shake the entire toilet basin to confirm that there is no wobbling or unusual noise.
- Seal Check: Pour a small amount of water into the lower bucket and observe for leaks at the interface.
- Drainage Test: Flush the toilet and check the drainage speed. If the water flows slowly, readjust the drainage slope or clean the pipe.
