Basic Plan for Mobile Toilets
Admin September 21, 2026
The basic plan for mobile toilets covers stages such as construction preparation, foundation treatment, structural construction, and quality inspection. The specific content is as follows:

I. Construction Preparation Stage
- Drawing Review: Organize technical personnel to verify foundation dimensions (6m×3m×0.5m), foundation bearing capacity (≥120kPa), and the positions of embedded parts to ensure design parameters comply with specifications.
- Material Preparation:
- Concrete: Use C30 P6 waterproof ready-mixed concrete with a slump of 180±20mm and a total volume of 9m³.
- Steel Bars: Select HRB400E grade Φ12/φ8 steel bars with a yield strength of ≥400MPa and a total weight of 2.8t.
- Waterproof Membrane: SBS 3mm polyester base, with a heat resistance of ≥90℃ and a tensile strength of ≥800N/50mm.
- Graded Sand and Gravel: 2-4cm continuous grading, with a mud content of ≤5% and a compaction coefficient of ≥0.93.
- Materials entering the site must pass the 'three-inspection system'. Steel bars require retesting of mechanical properties, and waterproof membranes are tested for weather resistance in batches.
- Equipment Configuration: Equip with a forced mixer (JS500 type), an immersion vibrator (φ50mm), a laser line projector (accuracy ±1mm/5m), and other equipment, and complete calibration before construction.
- Site Preparation: After leveling the site, excavate test pits (1.2m deep) to detect the distribution of foundation soil layers; set up drainage ditches (30cm wide × 40cm deep) and collection wells (80cm × 80cm × 100cm), equipped with sewage pumps to remove accumulated water; use a total station to locate the axis and set up 6 concrete protective piers to control stakes.
II. Foundation Treatment Engineering
- Excavation: Use a backhoe excavator for excavation, reserving 30cm for manual bottom cleaning, with a pit wall slope of 1:0.75, a pit bottom operating surface of 50cm, and an excavation depth deviation of ±50mm.
- Compaction: Spread in layers (250mm loose layer thickness), compact with a frog hammer, and take samples every 3 layers with a ring knife to test the compaction degree; spread a 1:3 cement slurry (5mm thick) on the surface for sealing.
- Weak Soil Layer Treatment: For soil layers with a bearing capacity of <90kPa, use φ50mm cement-soil mixing piles (pile length 4.5m, spacing 1.2m, cement content 15%), with a 28d unconfined compressive strength of ≥1.2MPa.
III. Structural Construction Engineering
- Steel Bar Processing: Straighten raw materials (cold drawing rate ≤4%), cut (deviation ±10mm), connect with flash butt welding, stagger joints by 50%, and lap length 40d.
- Binding and Installation: Set C30 concrete spacers (50mm×50mm×30mm) at the bottom layer of steel bars, arranged in a quincunx pattern with a spacing of 800mm; add additional stirrups at beam-column joints and set anchor bars around embedded parts.
- Quality Control: Use a steel bar protective layer thickness gauge for testing (deviation +10mm/-5mm) and a caliper to measure the spacing between steel bars.
IV. Quality Inspection and Acceptance
- Process Inspection: Conduct real-time inspections of indicators such as concrete slump, steel bar spacing, and compaction degree.
- Load Test: After the completion of foundation structure construction, conduct a load test to verify whether the bearing capacity meets the standards.
- Comprehensive Evaluation: Evaluate construction quality based on inspection data to ensure it meets design expectations.
