Base of Mobile Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

The bases of mobile toilets come in various types, mainly including integrated stainless steel squat toilet bases, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) bases, and shock-absorbing bases, each with unique characteristics and suitable scenarios.

The integrated stainless steel squat toilet base comes with its own load-bearing base, eliminating the need for a cement foundation. The installation process is extremely quick and convenient. It adopts an integrated seamless design, which provides excellent stability during transportation and is less prone to loosening. In terms of functionality, it can be equipped with accessories such as odor eliminators and traps, effectively solving the problem of toilet odors and ensuring a fresh usage environment. This type of base is highly suitable for modular mobile public toilet projects in construction sites, scenic spots, etc., meeting the needs for rapid setup and flexible movement in these locations.

The FRP base is made of epoxy resin and glass fibers, molded into a colorful reinforced FRP base and wall panel. It has numerous excellent properties, including a smooth and flat surface that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to clean; it never rusts, avoiding structural damage and shortened service life caused by rusting; it is corrosion-resistant and durable, able to adapt to various harsh environments and extending the service life of the mobile toilet. In terms of installation and handling, it supports lifting, shoveling, and manual handling, facilitating movement and installation between different sites.

The shock-absorbing base plays a crucial role in the rental of mobile toilets for municipal activities or construction projects, serving as an important component to ensure equipment stability. Before installing the shock-absorbing base, it is necessary to carefully inspect the equipment and accessories for any damage and level the ground according to the actual site conditions to prepare for the installation. During installation, first place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily on the ground, adjust the height to ensure the overall equipment is level, and then secure it firmly with expansion bolts. When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure they are fully in contact with the bracket and the ground to achieve the best shock-absorbing effect. After installation, it is also necessary to recheck the overall levelness, inspect the firmness of all connections, and conduct a shaking test to confirm that the shock-absorbing effect meets the requirements.
