Mobile Toilet Base Production

Admin September 21, 2026

There are various methods for producing the base of a mobile toilet, commonly including homemade methods using water storage buckets, water storage tanks, and pallets, as well as factory-prefabricated finished products.

Production Using Water Storage Buckets

First, take out a water storage bucket from home and use an angle grinder to split it in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Take several wooden strips and fix them to the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws to increase the height. Next, use the angle grinder to cut an opening on the side of the water storage bucket and install sponge strips on both sides to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create an elevated wall. Place the upper half of the bucket on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance aesthetics. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) two discarded honeycomb wooden boards into a simple door. After fixing the door panel, drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of the plastic bucket to connect direct fittings and place it on the roof as a small water storage device. Connect the bath heater made of water pipes, install a tee fitting below the inlet pipe, and connect a showerhead. Place the toilet on the drain pipe opening, install the water tank, and secure it with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank, and connect the outlet pipe tee fitting horizontally to a water pipe extending to the door as the inlet pipe for the sink. Drill holes in the door to install relevant components.

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet and place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station on it. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top. Invert another water storage tank with an open top and stack it on top of the first one, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut out a rectangular opening as a doorway and drill a hole in the interior floor. Insert an elbow from the bottom up and connect it to a water pipe, sealing the gaps, and cut off any excess water pipe. Align the toilet with the drain opening and secure it with glue. Fix the water pipe on the wall clips, install a faucet, and secure a pipe cap at the bottom. Drill a hole in the water pipe to create a drain pipe outlet. Drill a hole in the pipe cap and fix a stainless steel basin as a sink. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, install a shower hose, bracket, toilet seat, and a spray-type showerhead. Finally, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, connect wooden boards to form a door, and install a door handle.

Factory-Prefabricated Finished Products

Mobile toilets are usually composed of a frame structure welded from steel. The bottom generally uses channel steel or I-beams for welding, and the columns use square steel. Wall materials such as color-coated steel plates, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, stainless steel, and metal carved panels are installed on the wall foundation. The frame structure can meet the requirements for hoisting.
