How to Process the Base of a Mobile Toilet

Admin October 09, 2026

The processing methods for the base of a mobile toilet vary depending on the type, with common processing methods as follows:

A Processing Method for Bathroom Chassis

This method is suitable for processing bathroom bases of specific shapes. First, create a supporting surface that matches the shape of the bathroom. Set up a circular supporting rod along the outer edge beneath the supporting surface, with the height of the supporting rod set in a gradient manner. A drainage opening needs to be reserved on the supporting surface. During processing, take the position of the supporting rod closest to the drainage opening as the starting point and the farthest one as the endpoint to form the first and second routes. Next, determine the heights of the supporting rods at the starting and endpoints, which should be set by comprehensively considering the overall structure and usage requirements of the bathroom. Then, trim the supporting rods on the first and second routes according to the specific form of the bathroom. After trimming, place the supporting rods snugly along the outer edge of the supporting surface to ensure stability and rationality of the support.

Processing of Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic Mobile Toilet Bases

The base of a fiberglass-reinforced plastic mobile toilet is made using a mold-forming method to create a colored reinforced fiberglass-reinforced plastic base. This processing method offers many advantages. The base produced has a smooth and flat surface, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to clean and maintain. Meanwhile, fiberglass-reinforced plastic material never rusts, effectively avoiding structural damage and a shortened service life caused by rusting. In addition, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and durability, enabling it to adapt to various harsh environmental conditions, such as humid and acid-base environments, ensuring the long-term stable use of the mobile toilet.

Processing of Outdoor Bathroom Bases

Outdoor bathroom bases usually adopt a structure of an L4*L4 angle iron frame with a middle夹板 (assuming it means a middle panel). By utilizing the high load-bearing capacity of angle iron, it provides solid support for the base, ensuring it can withstand the overall weight of the mobile toilet as well as the loads from people's activities during use. The middle panel provides a flat installation surface, facilitating the installation and fixation of other subsequent components. Floor adhesive is laid on the surface. The floor adhesive has anti-slip and moisture-proof functions, effectively improving the safety of users and preventing the base from being damaged by moisture, thus extending its service life.

Processing of Baotou Mobile Public Toilet Bases

The main load-bearing components of Baotou mobile public toilets are made of cold-formed steel, and the frame nodes are connected with bolts. This connection method is convenient for installation and disassembly, facilitating the transportation and assembly of mobile public toilets. The outer covering of the frame is mostly made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic or galvanized steel sheets, which have good protective properties. All components are prefabricated in the factory, including frame welding, panel cutting, and other processes. The module dimensions are restricted by highway transportation and need to be reasonably designed and manufactured according to transportation requirements to ensure smooth transportation to the installation site and assembly.
