Internal Structure of Mobile Toilet Base
The internal structure of a mobile toilet base typically includes a frame, components related to fecal sewage storage or treatment, and some auxiliary structures, with specific details varying depending on the type.

The frame of a mobile toilet base is generally welded from steel, commonly using channel steel or I-beams. These steels have high strength and stability, enabling them to bear the overall weight of the toilet and various external forces generated during use, providing a solid support foundation for the entire mobile toilet and ensuring its structural safety during use and movement.
The fecal sewage storage tank is one of the more critical structures inside the base. For some mobile toilets that do not have real-time fecal sewage treatment capabilities, a dedicated fecal sewage storage tank is installed inside the base. It is usually made of materials with a certain degree of strength and corrosion resistance, such as plastics or specially treated metals. The capacity of the storage tank is designed according to the number of users and the frequency of use of the mobile toilet to ensure it can meet storage needs for a certain period. The storage tank generally has a sealed design to prevent fecal sewage leakage and avoid environmental pollution.
Some mobile toilet bases are equipped with fecal sewage treatment devices inside. These devices can perform preliminary treatment on fecal sewage, such as decomposition, sedimentation, and filtration through physical, chemical, or biological methods, reducing the volume and harmful substance content of the sewage and lowering the difficulty and cost of subsequent treatment. Some advanced treatment devices can also achieve a certain degree of resource recycling, such as purifying the treated water for toilet flushing.
In addition, the base may also include some auxiliary structures, such as a piping system. The piping system is responsible for guiding fecal sewage from the toilet to the storage tank or treatment device, and its design and installation need to ensure unobstructed flow to avoid blockages. At the same time, to facilitate the installation, maintenance, and cleaning of the mobile toilet, some inspection ports or access channels may be set up inside the base to allow staff to inspect and operate the internal structures.
