Mobile Toilet Base Installation Method
The installation of the mobile toilet base should follow these steps to ensure equipment stability and safety during use:

1. Thorough Preparation Work
Before installation, thoroughly inspect the equipment and accessories for completeness. Focus on checking the base bracket for deformation or cracks, ensuring the number of anchor bolts is complete (usually 4-6), and verifying that rubber gaskets are not hardened or cracked due to aging. Simultaneously, level the ground according to site conditions: for concrete floors, remove surface dust and protrusions; for soil floors, compact until there is no significant risk of settlement. Use a level to confirm the flatness of the installation area, with an error margin controlled within ±2mm to prevent equipment重心 (center of gravity) displacement due to ground inclination.
2. Bracket and Ground Fixation Method
Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily in the predetermined position and adjust the adjustable screws or gaskets at the four corners of the bracket to ensure the equipment is level overall. When fixing, select bolt types based on ground material: for concrete floors, it is recommended to use M12-M16 expansion bolts with a length that penetrates the ground surface by at least 50mm; for soil floors, first pour a 100mm thick concrete垫层 (垫层, cushion layer), then use extended bolts for fixation. When tightening bolts, use a diagonal alternating tightening method to ensure uniform force on each bolt and prevent base cracking due to localized stress concentration.
3. Shock Absorber Installation Specifications
When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure they are fully in contact with the bracket surface without misalignment or suspension. For bases with buffering functions, conduct a functional test after installation: gently push the equipment to observe if its rebound is smooth. If there is significant shaking or abnormal noise, check if the rubber pad is worn (replacement is required if the thickness is reduced by more than 20%) or if the shock absorber is installed in reverse (the spring end should face the direction of force). Additionally, confirm that the shock absorber is vertically aligned with the equipment's center of gravity to prevent shock absorption failure due to eccentric loading.
4. Post-Installation Inspection and Adjustment
After fixation, use a level again to recheck the equipment's flatness, focusing on the four corners and the center point. Inspect all connection bolts to ensure they are tightened to the specified torque (usually 40-60N·m) and apply anti-rust paint to prevent loosening. During the shaking test, apply a horizontal force to tilt the equipment by 5°-10° and observe if it takes more than 3 seconds to return to stability (a high-quality shock absorption system should stabilize within 2 seconds). If possible, continuously observe the equipment's stability for 24 hours after installation to prevent flatness changes due to minor ground settlement.
