Mobile Toilet Base Frame Production
The production of mobile toilet base frames typically requires consideration of factors such as structural stability, load-bearing capacity, thermal insulation performance, and floor slip resistance. Different manufacturers vary in material selection and structural design.

I. Material Selection
- Steel Frame Structure: Xinjiang Tingqi Metal Products Co., Ltd. uses a 3050+3030 steel frame structure as the main framework for the base frame. This combination, achieved through welding rectangular steel pipes of different specifications, ensures overall strength while reducing weight by optimizing cross-sectional dimensions. The 3050 steel pipes serve as the main load-bearing beams, and the 3030 steel pipes act as auxiliary supports, forming a stable grid structure that effectively disperses pressure during use.
- Intermediate Layer: The company fills a 12mm-thick wooden board in the middle of the steel frame. The wooden board, as the base layer, enhances the flatness of the base frame and provides an attachment surface for subsequent installation of thermal insulation materials. The wooden board is sandwiched with polyurethane thermal insulation material, which has a low thermal conductivity (approximately 0.024W/(m·K)), effectively blocking the transfer of heat and cold from the ground and improving the comfort of the mobile toilet in extreme temperature environments.
- Floor Material: High-quality anti-slip aluminum plates are used for the floor. The surface of the aluminum plates is treated with embossing or sandblasting to create a rough texture, increasing friction and preventing people from slipping while walking, especially in wet environments. Additionally, aluminum plates are highly corrosion-resistant, extending the service life of the base frame.
II. Structural Design
- Frame Welding Process: Quanzhou Dada Traffic Engineering Co., Ltd. adopts the 'square welding of columns' technique in base frame welding, using square steel pipes as columns and forming perpendicular cross-welds with the base frame beams. This structure enhances the load-bearing capacity in the vertical direction, preventing deformation of the base frame due to long-term use.
- Rack-type Structure: The company's designed rack-type structure allows for modular assembly to meet different lifting requirements. For example, if the mobile toilet needs to be equipped with a lifting device (such as for adjusting height to adapt to uneven ground), the rack-type structure ensures a secure connection between the lifting components and the base frame through pre-reserved mounting holes and reinforced rib designs, while maintaining overall rigidity.
III. Functional Adaptability
The designs of different manufacturers are optimized around the actual usage scenarios of mobile toilets. For instance, Xinjiang Tingqi's thermal insulation design is suitable for high-altitude cold or high-temperature regions; Quanzhou Dada's rack-type structure is more applicable to scenarios requiring frequent adjustments or movement, such as temporary events and construction sites. During production, materials and structures should be selected according to specific needs, and the welding process should comply with national standards (such as GB/T 985.1-2008 for gas welding and shielded metal arc welding) to ensure safety and durability.
